Atylia Green Atylia Green 5’7″ | CG Henderson County | 2026 State KY went on a tear in the postseason and was a major contributor for Henderson County in their quest to make back-to-back state tournament appearances. Green tallied 47 points and 14 total rebounds in the 2nd region tournament and broke the single-season record for steals with 129. Her impact on both ends of the floor will be key for the Lady Colonels when they face Owensboro in the opening round of the Sweet 16 at Rupp Arena.

Sayler Lowe Sayler Lowe 6’0″ | SG Calloway County | 2026 State KY was a force to be reckoned with throughout the 1st region tournament. In the quarterfinals against Fulton County she stuffed the stat sheet finishing the game with 24 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals in a lopsided victory 77-44. Lowe followed that performance with a monster game in the semifinals, scoring 34 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in a tough loss to Graves County 39-42.
Highlights
South Oldham finished with a 23-7 record on the season and made it all the way to the semifinals of the 8th region tournament. Sophomore Madison Young Madison Young 5’8″ | PF South Oldham | 2026 State KY had a dominant performance in the quarterfinals of the regional tournament, She finished with a game-high 27 points along with 14 rebounds in a 81-78 win over Grant County.
Lilly Ashcraft had a strong sophomore season as the starting point guard for Pendleton County High School. She is a skilled guard that can score from all 3 levels, distribute the ball, and wreak havoc on the defensive end. Lilly averaged 32 points, 7 assists, and 8 steals in the district tournament and helped guide the Lady Cats all the way to the 10th region semifinals, where they suffered a loss to Campbell County 30-41. Lilly also made the 3rd Team All Region for her excellent play.
Highlights
Frederick Douglass fell short of winning back-to-back 11th region titles after a heartbreaking loss to Franklin County 53-46. Junior forward Amyah Maxwell Amyah Maxwell 5’10” | PF Frederick Douglass | 2025 State KY was terrific throughout the regional tournament and showed how versatile she really is by being a scoring threat from the perimeter as well as in the post. Maxwell scored a game-high 20 points and added 5 rebounds in the semifinals win over Madison Central along with 10 points and 5 rebounds in the region championship game.
