Kourtney Bullins is having a special freshman season at South Guilford Home School. She scored 22 points in a win over Fairfax on Tuesday night. Bullins is extremely tough to guard. She can score in transition or earn trips to the foul line. In this game, Bullins shot 8 free throws. She also has the ability to drain multiple three-point field goals in any game.
Highlights
Leena McField scored 28 points for Northern Guilford on Tuesday evening. McField is an elite player who averaged 23 points per game for the Nighthawks in the 2023-2024 season. When McField shoots the basketball, there is a good chance the ball is going through the hoop. She is shooting fantastic numbers from the floor. In her freshman campaign, McField is shooting 45% from the field, 41% from the three, and 81% from the foul line.
Kate Sears is on a playoff tear for Watauga High School. In a win on Tuesday, she scored 30 points for her squad. Sears connected on 5 of her 10 attempts from the three-point line and made 11 field goals in the contest. Sears is an impressive shooter, but she does it all on the basketball court. In the victory, she collected 14 rebounds and also passed for 7 assists.
In a win over Southeast Raleigh, Jamyia Lindsey Jamyia Lindsey 5’6″ | PG Richmond Sr | 2025 State NC scored 43 points for Richmond High School. She connected on 18 of 19 shot attempts from the free throw line. She also drained 11 field goals and hit a three as well. She is an explosive guard who attacks the paint to score or dish. In her junior season, Lindsey is averaging 25 points per game and passing for nearly 4 assists. She is also creating nearly 4 steals per game on defense.
Julie Janus is a senior leader for A.C. Reynolds. She can score, defend, rebound, or pass. Janus is willing to do whatever it takes for her team to win the game. On Tuesday night, she scored 17 points, collected 6 rebounds, passed for 4 assists, and forced 3 steals in a huge playoff victory. Following her high school career, Janus will play college hoops at Catawba College.
