The 6’2 post had an incredible double-double performance with 25 points and 21 rebounds in the win over Crescent Valley. This is after a season of averaging double-doubles with 17.8 points, 11.8 rebounds, 2.5 steals, 2.3 assists, and 1.4 blocks per game. Mountain View will need big things out of Andrews this weekend at Linfield.

For a Corvallis team that has had a very well-rounded attack, Holland Jensen has been one of the key contributors for the Spartans all year. Averaging over 10 points per game this season, Jensen brought the extra spark in their opening round game, leading the way with 18 points in the opening round win over Canby. Jensen is also one of the top defenders on the Corvallis roster, and her work will be cut out for her on that end of the floor this weekend in McMinnville. Jensen and the Spartans take on conference rival South Albany in their first game at Linfield, hoping to get revenge after two losses to the RedHawks in conference play.
Danaeja Romero Ah-Sam Danaeja Romero Ah-Sam 5’8″ | SG Springfield | 2024 State OR , two-time 5A state player of the year and reigning state champion, is no stranger to the bright lights of the postseason. Although Springfield has undergone a lot of changes to their roster this season, they have fought their way back to the final eight and are hungry to win. Romero Ah-Sam turned it up a notch in the Millers’ opening round win against a very good Central team, finishing with 27 points, 3 rebounds, 3 steals, and 3 assists. She and Springfield take on league rival Crater, who has gotten the best of them twice this season, in their game on March 7, so expect more big things from her.
Only a sophomore, Mylaena Norton Mylaena Norton 5’6″ | PG Redmond | 2026 State OR already earned first team all-Intermountain Conference while leading her Redmond squad to an Intermountain Conference championship. She is averaging 14.9 points, 3.1 steals, and 2.6 assists per game on the season. In the first round win over Putnam, Norton knocked down two 3-pointers on her way to 19 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal. The crafty freshman guard will have a lot on her shoulders heading into her first final eight, especially with a tough opening round matchup against Wilsonville.
Gabi Moultrie, one of the best playmakers in all of Oregon high school basketball, is coming in hot to the final eight in McMinnville. Moultrie incredibly is one of the best of the best in both points and assist averages, with nearly 18 points and 8 assists per game. As the Wildcats coasted to the win over Summit in the opening round, Moultrie filled out the stat sheet, going for 16 points, 8 assists, and 5 rebounds. As the #4-seed, Wilsonville has a tough test in the opening round against #5 Redmond, and they will need Moultrie to continue to score and create at such a high level.
