Draughn really keeps the ball on a string at times with her ball-handling skills. Teonna really likes to use a crossover move to get by defenders. She’s a very confident shooter and really looks to excel in the transition and open floor game. Draughn played extremely unselfish at times today almost to a fault. She can change directions very nicely and skate by defenders with the ball in her hands.
Demi likes to play the game in the paint area. She likes to penetrate to the paint and find opportunities to score the ball. Gray connected on a few floaters here today in the Palmetto Stampede win over Team Curry 16U Rise. Demi plays her best basketball driving downhill with the ball to the bucket. She scraps for everything she gets around the bucket.
Delaney a left-handed forward was at her best today attacking the basket. Tamira played very aggressive in transition today and was constantly around the ball to make a play. Tamira helped her squad to a victory over IDreams 16U.
Happy plays around the cup and surely protects the rim on the defensive end of the floor. Arune has a great wingspan to alter and challenge shots on the defensive side the court. Happy keeps the ball up high after claiming it off the glass. She still must get stronger down the road, but she surely has a lot of upside and potential to monitor for the future.
Happy runs with Team Curry 16U Rise.
