I've added a baker's dozen to the Top 100 plus, many will make jumps on the next update based on their July performances so I'll break this down into a couple of parts.
Upshaw was on my radar a couple of seasons ago and then I lost her and before you say"How can you lose a 6'2 player" Well it happens for a variety of reasons like I HADN'T SEEN HER. She's at #58 yet I see her climbing higher because she's "long and athletic" which is and always will be the base. She rebounds on both ends and scores around the basket and off the dribble. She can also drop the jumper and has good timing

Stout also has a good probability of making a major jump and what was interesting is the multiple ways she scored from the 5 spot. Her hands and footwork "JUST DID IT" for me as she scored around the basket with either hand yet she scored off the dribble from the wing and finished after contact. Her midrange looked good, and so did her rebounding and defense but a big plus was her "seeing the floor"

Phillips put on shows galore in front of me on the Prep Girls Hoops circuit and not only was she one of the top SHOOTERS this season, she was also one of the top scorers, and her mid to long-range in pressure situations was refreshing because she wanted the ball down the stretch and she delivered. Her court vision and defense stood out, she hit the boards on both ends and played the passing lane

Hyams was one of the stars I caught in Frisco a few months ago as college coaches were asking me "Who is that kid" I couldn't remember her name so I used my one of timelines to "phone a friend" and it clicked. I've written about her several times but her ability to take over games and score in droves either attacking or from mid to long-range has been a thrill to see all season

Buffin has the right last name as she was buffin' the ball off the glass whether attacking or dropping the banker yet she's an athletic guard who uses her athleticism on both ends and she doesn't have ordinary athleticism. Her finishes are acrobatic at times, yes after contact but she also applies heat "on the ball" baseline as well as dives for loose balls. Her mid to long-range is solid, so is her court vision

Tobin probably should have been on here sooner, she grabbed my attention as a freshman and she's another player I lost track of yet her ability to set the defender up using a deceptive first step is smooth and effective as she scored off the dribble and finishes with either hand. She drops the mid to long-range jumper, sees the floor in the set as well as the open court and defends strongly

Aragon has been one of the most exciting point guards I've caught over the last few weeks and watching her set teammates up for easy baskets is always a treat me. She has amazing court vision, in the set as well as in transition, and with her zig-zagging by defenders in the open court using the crossover going full speed, I just sit back and smile. Misd to long-range, step back, stop and pop as well as catch and shoot were all nice, so was her finishing after contact off the dribble. Her defense was also solid
