After a Spring of regional qualifying tournaments along the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit, grassroots teams took to the court this weekend at the finals in one of three regions...the Dynasty Region, the Legacy Region, and the Victory Region. I attended the Legacy Region Finals this weekend, hosted by the Community First Champion Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. This article highlights who I felt best represented the 17U Division. The All-Tourney Team consists of two players from the championship team, plus one player from the runners-up, and one player from each of the other two teams who made it to the Final Four. I then added two additional "wild card" slots for the best two remaining players from any team. Following the All-Tourney Team is one Honorable Mention selection from each team in the division.

17U All-Tourney Team:

[player_tooltip player_id='884521' first='Ingrid' last='Beaumont'], 2025, [program_tooltip program_id='713127' first='Wisconsin' last='Legends'] State
- Ingrid was very active all weekend and showed her ability to be a complete player as a point guard. Whether she is initiating or creating offense from the lead position, or coming off screens to knock down shots, you must pay attention to where she is. She was also impactful as a defender and a rebounding guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='448300' first='Cali' last='Havlovitz'], 2025, [program_tooltip program_id='713145' first='Wisconsin' last='Blizzard']-Chase Ice
- In what I was able to see of this team, I felt like Cali was very impactful with her minutes. She is active and always around the basketball, she plays with a nice pace and quickness, and she uses her strength at her size. She was able to get in the lane or knock down open shots, plus she got after it defensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='844276' first='Kylie' last='Heller'], 2025, [program_tooltip program_id='715788' first='Wisconsin' last='Truth']
- I'm not a stat person who solely looks at numbers to make selections like this, but what I can tell you is, Kylie was outstanding in the later stages of games for her team. She uses her strength and size to battle in the mid-post and around the basket, but she uses her skill in transition and around the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='528120' first='Naveya' last='Jackson'], 2025, Legends United National
- It was easy to find Naveya each game, because she is a blur flying around the court. She has speed, quickness, and bounce, and she is a playmaker at both ends of the floor. Offensively, she made big shots and found open teammates, while defensively, she collected steals, blocked shots, and rebounded.

[player_tooltip player_id='448322' first='Torie' last='Neubauer'], 2025, [program_tooltip program_id='712778' first='Purple' last='Aces'] National
- In the Final Four, Torie helped her team erase a 7-point deficit by knocking down a free throw and then a 3-pointer on consecutive possessions to tie the game late. She is a tremendously long, smooth, and fluid wing prospect who has a nice-looking jump-shot, but she also showed good ball skill and attacking ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='338940' first='Kristina' last='Ouimette'], 2025, [program_tooltip program_id='712778' first='Purple' last='Aces'] National
- What I liked most about Kristina's game is that she is constantly in motion. Whether she is scoring it well or not, she's active on the boards, trying to move without the ball, and making hustle plays. She has nice size on the wing, and she showed ball skill, the ability to bury shots, plus she is versatile defensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='448253' first='Olivia' last='Witkowski'], 2025, [program_tooltip program_id='713145' first='Wisconsin' last='Blizzard']-Chase Ice
- Speaking of activity, I'm not sure Olivia ever stops working, especially inside of 15-feet. She has a nice, strong frame, some length, and she's a solid athlete. But it's her ability to keep possessions alive, to gain position early around the block, and to know what to do with the ball when she gets it that stand out.
