Player Rankings - Top PG's in the Class of 2025

The class of 2025 is loaded with talented prospects primed to enter their final season of their high school career. Many of these athletes are still looking for homes at the college level which makes this summer a really interesting time to follow this group of young women. Here is a look at the top point guards of the 2025 class in both North and South Dakota and some commentary on some notable names!     Haidyn is a stud in North Dakota who has the total basketball package. She isn't afraid of the big shot or moment and wants the ball in her hands in pressure situations. She can score on all levels and makes it just flat out look easy. Intangibles to go along with all of that skill make her a huge asset to her team. She is partnering with [program_tooltip program_id='787122' first='Sanford' last='Sports Academy'] this summer and looks primed for a great season of AAU ball!     Logan has a downhill attack mentality that allows her to create for herself and her teammates. She is a sparkplug of energy in any lineup and plays the game with heart and passion. She has one of the most impressive first steps past defenders and has excellent body control in traffic when getting to the rim. In transition she has great strength and can make long passes with great precision. Defensively she has great instincts and does a good job putting pressure on her opponent and blocking out to rebound.     Mya is an electrifying talent from Spearfish who is the epitome of a true scoring point-guard. She has excellent handles and court vision and isn't afraid to handle pressure. Her shooting prowess sets her apart from many others on this list as she has elite range, consistency, and confidence. Once she gets going it's tough to stop her on the offensive end! She scores on all levels with great reads in transition, explosive attacks to the basket, a quick trigger from beyond the arc, and the ability to hit shots with the game on the line.     Whitney is a complete guard from Bismarck, ND. I have had the pleasure to scout her in person several times at our Top 250 Expos and she does not disappoint! She has great leadership skills and helps her whole team when she's out on the court. A true creator at guard she has a high understanding of the floor and makes the right read over and over again to get the best shot for her team. She can create her own space to get shots off and draws the help to set up open teamma     Keelie is a talented guard who takes with a very complete guard game. If defenders try and guard her tight, she blows past them with ease. If you give her room she can knock down shots at will and can drive and finish either direction. Look for more updates as her ND Pro team continues to compete this summer!     Sloane is another player that I've gotten the privilege to cover in person at Prep Girls Hoops annual Top 250 Expo. She has all the attributes of an elite point guard and makes everyone around her on the floor better. Her handles, vision, and decision-making are off the charts and she has played with a lot of poise from a young age. She has excellent body control when getting to the rim and does a nice job finishing in the paint. She can knock down shots which keeps her defender honest and makes her difficult to predict. This kid will continue to make any program she steps foot in better due to her intangibles and ability to make plays consistently.     Amanda is a powerhouse for the Lynx of Brandon Valley. She is as explosive as they come and plays with unmatched intensity. Offensively if you blink she's at the rim with a quick first step and a downhill attacking mentality. She can hit the three, create off the dribble, and uses her physicality to finish well around the basket. On defense she makes life miserable for opponents and plays with pure aggression and desire. She does a nice job converting turnovers to points with and without the ball in the full court game. She has been a staple for the SD Network program and will continue to grow her game this summer!     Mashae is an all-around talent out of North Dakota who has a complete toolkit for the point position. She has the basketball knowledge, ball-handling ability, tenacity, and court awareness needed to effectively run an offense. She is an excellent three-point shooter and does a great job preparing to shoot to get her shot off before defenders recover. A tough kid she plays intense defense and helps her team do what it takes to win games.     Lennix is an excellent scoring point guard for the Governors in Pierre. She is a true floor general who sees the whole floor and makes plays that other people didn't know were available. She has smooth handles and a high basketball IQ with loads of varsity experience. She shows off a nice jump shot and has the ability to elevate over defenders to make a better shot. Passion, commitment, and dedication to her craft has elevated Lennix to one of the top point guards in the Class of 2025!
