There are plenty of people to highlight from this past weekend in Minnesota. Wisconsin teams were all over the place, so let's talk about more kids who stood out west of the Mississippi River.

Whenever you see a 6'3 kid with touch, scholarship programs will hover, and with Chilicki, it's no different. I thought she played well when I watched her on Sunday. She was a handful for the defense to handle. Chilicki showed a little turnaround jumper and had some finishes around the basket. She's a competitive kid and will continue to improve. I've liked what she's been able to do with talented guards around her, which has signaled to me that she'll continue to get better, especially with Impact this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='448257' first='Makenzie' last='Luehring']

When I first saw Luehring a few years ago, I thought she would be a kid who'd shoot from the three-point line and possibly add some stuff attacking the basket, and I couldn't have been more wrong. Luehring is among the best finishers around the basket among guards in her class and always finds a way to score in the paint. She's a threat to get downhill whenever she touches the ball, and once defenses start collapsing on her, she's good enough to fire kick-out passes to open shooters in the corner. She was the second-leading scorer in her division and led her Chapman team to a title in Minnesota.

[player_tooltip player_id='533060' first='Ady' last='Ketterhagen']

I didn't watch much of Ketterhagen's last game, but I was close enough to see her hit a handful of threes in the first half when I peeked over there. I just checked and saw she scored 22 points in that final game, which seemed low. Ketterhagen controlled that game with her scoring and contribution, which she did well. She's also excellent in the chaotic setting that her Thrive team creates. Positive things happen when she runs in transition. [player_tooltip player_id='533060' first='Ady' last='Ketterhagen'] wants to improve every day, so we'll continue to see her grow as a player over the next two years at Oostburg and four after that in Green Bay.

[player_tooltip player_id='882565' first='Lexi' last='Gruman']

I hadn't come across Gruman before this past weekend. The Random Lake guard showed that she could handle the ball under pressure and took care of the ball well in the game I saw her play. In a rough offensive game for both teams, Gruman was probably the one that was the most dangerous with the ball in her hands, and you could feel that by watching her play. I don't remember her making a three in that game, but her shot looks very solid and will be something that will hurt teams over time.
