[player_tooltip player_id='896704' first='Grayson' last='Gentile'] is a prospect out of Columbus High School that many might not know as of yet but that is all about to change. Gentile is a 6'2 Forward, with great size and wherewithal on the court. She is a quick mover for her size with the ability to score a bunch of different buckets near the rim in both transition of half court sets, while being a stopper near in the paint against anyone that may challenge her. This AAU season has been a respectable one for Gentile with her [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] program. Every time she takes the floor, her size plays a factor in one way or another. Moving into this Fall, she does have some collegiate interest from the past few months so it'll be intriguing to see how that goes. Within the correct system at the next level, mixed with her dedication, she could produce on a ton of different floors looking toward the near future.

It'll be very interesting how [player_tooltip player_id='576950' first='London' last='Evangelho'] does this upcoming Winter season with her Elkhorn South program. Evangelho has better than average size at 6'2 and the support around her to thrive. She is on the court with several talented prospects when she is out competing with the Storm and that's going to play to her advantage over the next year. If she can stay disciplined on both ends of the floor, this team could go on a major run for her Senior season. Everyone just needs to come in and do their jobs. If they do that and build on what they put in place a year ago, they should make waves this upcoming 2024-2025 high school basketball season.

Millard West is coming off of a high school season where they only took one loss on their way to bringing home a State Title. This Winter they will return a good amount of pieces from a year ago with the hopes of replicating what they were able to do for the 2023-2024 Varsity season. A prospect for this team that will get a chance to step up and play some big minutes is another force in the middle for this group and that is [player_tooltip player_id='897402' first='Nolan' last='Gomes']. Gomes is another player from the [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] with better than average size and impressive natural instincts. She is someone that has been recently added to our system but that doesn't change the fact that she can make a difference on offense and defense. Her natural height and positioning near the hoop makes it challenging for smaller guards to get easy looks, while she also can use her size to her advantage and out-rebound most. Like I said, this group will have a chance to put together another season to remember and Gomes is going to have to chance to play a real factor in their success.

One of the fastest and more athletic Forwards that this state will see out of the 2025 Class this Winter is [player_tooltip player_id='895658' first='Leah' last='Hickman'] of Bellevue West High School. West is going to lose a lot of their main production from years past due to graduation, giving others the chance to step up and make a difference within this program. One of the prospects that should take full advantage of this situation is Hickman. She is a determined producer when she is on the court, always having a situation in mind before it may take off. Not to mention, she plays with a lot of energy, especially on defense as she works to get tips/steals each time back down the court. She may only stand at 5'8 but she plays a bigger game than that and if you don't mark her to start a contest, she could go off before you know it.

[player_tooltip player_id='884218' first='Grace' last='Patterson'] of Marian High School and [program_tooltip program_id='714604' first='Omaha' last='Supreme Basketball'] is going to put together a Senior season to remember if she continues to work on her weakness into the Fall. Patterson was a guard for Marian last season who saw the floor in all 24 games in which her team participated in, getting her ready to take over a main role in this groups rotation for this upcoming 2024-2025 Varsity season. This team will lose 2-3 Seniors that played important roles in this groups successful 16-8 run last Winter. The prospects who were sort of in the weeds between seeing the floor a lot and not, will have a chance to step up and Patterson is in that conversation. If she can take the court and earn it on the defensive end, while being a steady producer in different ways offensively, it's going to be hard to pull her off so we will just have to see how that plays out but from what I've seen, she is promising out on the court.
