If you have been paying attention to anything the past couple of years related at Girls High School Basketball in Nebraska, then you know about [player_tooltip player_id='759113' first='Justine' last='Tcheuhchoua'] of Omaha Central. Tcheuhchoua has been one the states top Small Forwards and as of late, she has been showing out on a more-national type level. When you watch her compete throughout an entire game, she always has moments of greatness. She can protect the rim near on defense if defenders try to screen, seal, and roll or she can step up with her length and contest a jumper shot from a smaller opponent. This past weekend, Tcheuhchoua was shouted out by several news outlets for being someone that collegiate coaches need to know and when I see that, I smile because this is something that has been obvious for a few years now for everyone that knows her play style out of Nebraska.

Whenever I bring up Yutan High School, I bring up some of their main prospects that I have seen but someone that everyone needs to keep an eye on is guard, [player_tooltip player_id='946938' first='Jenna' last='Benjamin']. Benjamin is another prospect for this team with a three level scoring ability offensively, a better than average passing ability, she doesn't settle, and she can handle at a consistent rate. This AAU season, Benjamin is compete with her Nebraska D-League AAU program and she has been really solid. This is someone that I don't know the most about but from what I've seen, she brings a lot of positives to the floor and she is more skilled than a lot of others I've seen at this age.

[player_tooltip player_id='315778' first='Neleigh' last='Gessert'] has already made her name throughout the State of Nebraska and more-so the nation the past couple of years but she has been playing so well this AAU season, I think it was appropriate to add her into this piece. Gessert was just shouted out but Adidas as being a Top Prospect competing this past weekend during her team's live period action. This is the type of player that is going to have a chance to step onto the floor almost immediately as a Freshman at Creighton and play. She has the height, an elite scoring ability, she can defender her position or size, and she is smart when it comes to the X's and O's. When you add all of that together, you get a Top 100 prospect in the country for their Class and that is exactly what we have here.

When you can score the basketball, you can score the basketball. Flat out. Plain and simple. Someone that has shown that she can score the basketball at one of the highest rates in the state is [player_tooltip player_id='751925' first='T'Niyah' last='Wilson-Smith'] of Bellevue East and [program_tooltip program_id='712924' first='Team' last='Factory']. Wilson-Smith had a weekend to remember with her [program_tooltip program_id='712924' first='Team' last='Factory'] team. Other than winning a lot of games and competing as hard as they could, Wilson-Smith had a contest in which she showed off her "clutch" factor first hand. On Monday, Wilson-Smith's team was down by 5 with 20 seconds left in the quarterfinals of their tournament and that's when she went to work and put the team on her back. Wilson-Smith hit a three pointer to bring it within two points going back on defense. Her team then got a stop at the rim, brought it back down the floor, and Wilson-Smith hit a three from the Volleyball line with 1 second left to call game. At this point, I'm truly not sure how Wilson-Smith doesn't have a bunch of recruiters on her. She may only be a 2027 but she can flat out hoop and that's going to be a constant as she gets older with more experience.
