When I told you the [program_tooltip program_id='713296' first='Team' last='Brandan Wright'] program was looking to leave their stamp on this tournament, I meant it, and they did just that. Live from the Lou, several of their ball clubs went deep into bracket play. I have already highlighted the squad who won the Elite 40, now it's time to give props to the young ladies who won the NE2k division for the 2025s.

Coached by Spencer Richardson, these kids battled and fought hard. They were clicking on all cylinders, playing with lots of energy. Knocking shots down from 3, winning the war on the inside, they had that “Me 4 us” mentality playing selfless basketball. The kids were grinding it out and when I tell you they were in attack mode, they were that and then some. The kids played great. A true collective effort. TBW Red won 52-32, bringing the trophy back to Tennessee.

Here are the young ladies from TBW Red who left everything all out on the court .

[player_tooltip player_id='513285' first='Reese' last='Shirley'] (5'8/G/ Jr./ Columbia Academy)- Versatile player who plays with a lot of heart and tenacity. Plays high tempo basketball, Reese is confident in her abilities and just gets after it. She's a grinder who can handle the ball and attack off the dribble. A 3 level scoring threat, she is one of the most improved players in the state. A rebounder. A solid passer. A kid who can play both ways on the floor. A solid hooper whose stock will continue to rise.

[player_tooltip player_id='816799' first='Maya' last='Keeton'] (5'6/Jr./G/ Columbia Academy)- Stellar defensive player, she is going to sit down and guard whoever is the other person's best player. This kid plays with a lot of heart and she is going to try and outwork the opposition. Can shoot it from 3, but gets down hill and finishes. Has nice court vision and can see the floor well.

[player_tooltip player_id='636532' first='Kate' last='Fielding'](5'9/ Jr./G/ Father Ryan)- Hard working kid who can just hoop. A multi-level scoring threat, can come off screen and shoot it or get into the gap to finish. A relentless worker who is a solid two way player. She will defend. She will get rebounds. She has active hands and feet. Not just solid on the offensive end, but just as good on the defensive end as well. This kid will do whatever it takes and will compete from tip to finish.

[player_tooltip player_id='636537' first='Lily' last='Fielding'] (5'9/ Jr./G/ Father Ryan)- Well her twin sister plays with a motor, this kid does so as well. She too can fill it up from all 3 levels. Has a nice quick first step that enables her to get into her shooting motion coming off the dribble. Has a high basketball IQ, this kid is athletic and can pick her spots to exploit. Solid on the offensive end, she brings her defense to the party every time the whistle blows. Great kid who continues to get better.

[player_tooltip player_id='636540' first='Hailey' last='Marlow'] (5'11/Jr./F/ Page)- Stretch 4 that can play inside and out. She can bang with the big down low, grabbing boards and blocking shots. She can stretch the floor, launching 3s from the arc or finishing at the rim or the high post. Has a nice feel for the game and will adapt her to whatever the opponent is giving her.

[player_tooltip player_id='816653' first='Kaliah' last='Crawford'] (6'0/ Jr./ C/ Rockvale)- Beastly down low, she's on the board, taking up real estate. Moves well for a big, can guard and deny any high % shots down low. Has a lot of back to the basket moves, she scores with ease around the painted area. Great in the pick n roll and pick n pop game, she can shoot 3s at a high rate as well. Solid big who comes to play every time she steps onto the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='636538' first='Jessica' last='Cooke'] (5'7/Jr./G/ Brentwood Academy)- Solid contributor who plays the game with a lot of speed. Dives on the floor for loose balls, rebounds, pokes balls away, and is an excellent trapper. Has a nice release from 3 and has a knack for being in the right spot for put back opportunities. Hard worker who is willing to do whatever it takes to help her ball club.

[player_tooltip player_id='496323' first='Sicily' last='Robinson'] (5'6/ Jr./G/ Clarksville Academy)- Energetic ball of fire, this PG is a nice facilitator. She can thread the needle, get into a set, attack downhill and finish. A heady ball player who has a nice feel for the game. Solid in transition, she can pull up for a 3 ball or get into a gap to finish at the rim. She gives opponents fits on D, she gets after it the full length of the floor. Solid kid who is crazy good.

Not Available for the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='899908' first='Ivanna' last='Bass'] (5'8/Jr./G/ MLK)- Solid kid who contributes in every statistical category. She's a great two way player who can finish at the rim and has a nice mid-range game. Love her ability to defend and keep her opponents in front. Hard working individual who just loves to compete.

When I told you the Team Brandan Wright program was looking to leave their stamp on this tournament, I meant it, and they did just that. Live from the Lou, several of their ball clubs went deep into bracket play. I have already highlighted the squad who won the Elite 40, now it's time to give props to the young ladies who won the NE2k division for the 2025s.
