PVI has a lot of transfers, and I am curious to see how they all fit in or if they even fit in at all. With a player like [player_tooltip player_id='468759' first='Sravya' last='Janapati'], I think she will be a seamless fit, and her transfer from Stone Bridge should help her exponentially. Sravya is one of the more high-level shooters in NOVA, and playing off of talent, letting her spot up and shoot should help her. Teams won't face-guard her as much, and you won't see her be as big of a focal point in opposing teams' game plans. I think Sravya carves out a role on this team with her shooting, which will help her adjust to a game closer to the next level.

Another NOVA transfer PVI has acquired is [player_tooltip player_id='735525' first='Amaya' last='Ramey']. Amaya will undoubtedly play a part in this team, and she was a massive part of one of the best public school teams in the state in Woodgrove. Amaya put on a show in the state title game, and even though she was highly touted before then, that game turned a lot of heads. It will be interesting to see her role on this PVI team. Amaya sometimes played as a wing or even a four for Woodgrove. Amaya can do everything, so finding her role on this team will not be difficult. She is strong and a great spot-up shooter, and she will fit into what PVI does defensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='603549' first='Ava' last='Sewall'] has been stuck on an Annadale team that has struggled the past few years. Her transfer to Potomac School is an excellent move for her. Potomac School is missing another perimeter shot creator, and Ava fills that need terrifically. I saw her shooting ability and offensive prowess at DMVlive in flashes. She did not shoot the ball to her standard, but it was easy to see what she would provide for this offense. She won't be asked to carry an offense anymore, and this move will allow more people to get eyes on her. This Potomac School squad will be one of the best offenses in NOVA and will be a fun team to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='743970' first='Irieanna' last='Smoot'] is another player going from a team she had to carry offensively to now being on a team where she won't be asked to do nearly as much. Irieanna played the best of any transfer on this list at DMVlive, and she will fit perfectly into Virginia Academy moving forward. Virginia Academy has a lot of high-level guards, and another high-level scorer, like Irieanna, makes them incredibly difficult to guard. All these guards can shoot the ball, and Irieanna shows that her game translates even when she is not generating a large percentage of her team's offense.

2026 guard [player_tooltip player_id='376329' first='Madison' last='Nicholson'] is transferring to Gainesville after a few years at PVI, and I think this will be an outstanding move for her. Madison hasn't seen a consistent playing team at PVI, and this upcoming year would have been another log jam at guard. This move gets her a chance to be one of the best players on what should be a solid Gainesville squad. Madison is a good ball handler and is becoming a fantastic shooter. Madison is an excellent on-ball defender and does well driving to the rim. Gainesville is losing two starting guards, so the addition of Madison will be huge.
