Class 2028 Difference Makers: Guards

Listed below are 7 players that will have an immediate impact on their high school programs. Some are highly ranked that would be expected to start and some add much needed depth for their program to make that run this year. All of these players will be ready for the call if needed. Check them out! Man this 2028 class is loaded!    A very talented point guard that attended Grind Prep in middle school but I am guessing will play for Douglass this upcoming season. Douglass who emerged as a title contender last season in Class 4a brings back as very strong group to go along with Justice. Justice offensives playmaking abilities to go along with her defense will definitely have a impact on Douglass title run this season.   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>An incoming freshman that has already recieved offers from (in now order just pulled of social media) Oklahoma State, Mount St Mary's. Arkansas State just to mention a few. </li> </ul>     Peyton a Point Guard that has transferred into Tecumseh from Class 2a Powerhouse Dale. Tecumseh will be looking to replace some post play and guard play next season. Peyton should have an impact adding some depth if not competing for a starting position. Solid ball handler that is very comfortable running the PG spot. Showed a nice consistent outside shot in the game I watched. Nice step back move to create some space for jump shot as well. High IQ player that loves to compete     An incoming freshman that should see playing time for 6a Norman HS. PG that does a good job in transition with eyes up the floor reading the defense. A good 3 point shooter that can knock down the open shot as well as off the dribble. Not sure all who Norman has at the guard spot but Karsyn can add depth at the guard spot. A scrappy defender that hustles on every play that should fit in well with Coach Parks defensive concept.     A very skilled guard that can fit into a system playing 1-3 guard spots. Ball handling and vision to play the point. Knocks down the 3 like a shooting guard and at 5'9 moves off the ball to play that 3 spot. Azariah defense will have an impact on an already aggressive defensive minded team. Handles the ball well enough that play the point guard spot if needed. At the SG does an great job in relocating to open gaps for the knock down 3. Great down hill game that makes good decisions on reading the defense for the kick or take. Great handles, sees the floor and can shoot the 3 point shot. Pushes the tempo on offense with the up the floor pass to a rim runner on the break. A high basketball IQ that knows the game which is what you want at the point guard position. Brings depth at the guard position as she can play in a 4 guard or 5 out offense. Elexis possess the complete skill set in her game. It is not what can she do it is more like what can she not do. A 6'1 combo guard that can shoot the 3 at a high percentage. Handles the ball in transition with vision as if she is playing point guard. First step off the catch going down hill is quick. Defensively can drop down to the low post area and block shots on help rotation.   A 2028 that has already received an offer from University of Arkansas. You have to mention Madill in the mix when speaking of 4a teams this season.
