Hard nosed guard, who is quick and physical off the bounce. Has giant killer potential with her strength and ability to hang in the air at the rim. While also being a reliable three point threat. The experience of two years as a varsity starter, including a State Tournament run, has created an unflappable air to Cater’s game.

I’ve written about Paislee before so I was aware of her game. Saturday the Swarm were in a tough spot without their 6’3” post player, and Paislee held her own having to play some interior defense. Didn’t shoot great this weekend but found other ways to impact the game. Huge shot at the end was no surprise as good players make plays. You can also tell by coaching rotations who coaches have the most faith in, and Paislee seems to find herself always on the floor. Tremendous player.

On a team filled with seniors, Carter is the guard who runs the show as a mix of a steady point guard and is a dynamic scorer. The steady point guard aspect was present throughout and down the stretch she was absolute money. Started the comeback in overtime with a corner three. Then made the passes to set up two more big threes. And was trusted to get to the line in a tied game in the second overtime. She drew a foul to hit the game winning free throw. Pesky defender who picks up on ball with tough defense and gets her hands in the passing lane for her fair share of steals.

Point guard that stood out in all stations today. Tough moves and finishes in 1-1. Nice spacing and good vision in 3-3 play especially reading the 2-man game off the wing. Showed understanding of reading next level defense making great decision on the read. Never seemed to force the shot took what defense gave her shot or kickout to shooter. Outside shooter with deep range for a point guard.

In 5 on 5 play she attacked the rim hard when the gap opened up getting to the paint. Pushed the ball in the open floor with eyes up the floor looking for the rim runners. Tough baseline drives using her last step to get her body between glass and shot blocker. Steady defense with quick hands getting many deflections throughout the day. Expect a strong sophomore season as she will handle the ball a lot for the Lady Panthers

Solid all around point guard. Will hit open spot up threes, apply pressure in the backcourt and even pop up for the occasional offensive score. Closed out the 5 on 5 portion of the camp strongly with better drives. Showing the ability to get paint touches and make good passes off of them to open teammates.

Paislee had a very solid freshman season last year earning All-Conference Honorable Mention. A strong summer season in school and on the AAU circuit has this point guard poised to have a breakout sophomore season. Played more at the point guard position this summer showing control will the ball creating scoring opportunities for her teammates.

The outside shooting percentage and finishes at the rim looked more improved this summer. A starter as a freshman last season with a veteran group Paislee should be more comfortable and become more of a scoring threat this season.

A 2028-point guard that has 28 games as a starter on a ranked team under her belt as a freshman and is looking to make her sophomore season even better. Handles the ball under control against the press with eyes up the floor. Made several straight line passes to rim runners on the fastbreak that pushed the tempo. Showed a nice pull up jumper on the fastbreak. Solid decisions on the 2 on 1 fastbreaks that lead to a good scoring opportunity for her squad. Tough defender that usually draws the opposing team’s best offensive threat at the guard position.

Lady Panthers have two players that can play the point position allowing Paislee to work on offense off the ball. Shooter with deep range on the catch.

A 2028 guard that increased her stock this weekend while having what would be considered a breakout weekend. Shot the outside 3 at a verry high percentage while attacking the gaps getting to the rim for the finish. Good vision in the open floor looking opposite side for the other lane to be filled. Nice reads on the drives making good decisions with the layup, drop or kickout. Control the tempo on the press breaker with head up reading the rotation finding the open girl. Good instincts for rebounding on the defensive end. Scored 16 and 27 in first two games Saturday

A true point guard that handled the full court press with a change of direction on the long pass up the floor.  Saturday game she scored double digits all off down hill drives.  Attacked the paint making great decisions between the drop to the post or kick to the shooter.  A point guard that does have range that created gaps by stretching the defense.  Showed understanding of the game towards the end to know when to pull it out not forcing it with the lead late in the game. 

I did watch her play on a 16u team and the pose she showed was not that of a 2028
