Madison Southern has another young talented guard on the rise in [player_tooltip player_id='942595' first='Cami' last='Duerson']. Cami has good size, length and a very solid shooting stroke from deep. She also has a nose for the ball on defense and does a good job creating turnovers. I was told that Cami turned heads with her 3-point shooting at the Run 4 Roses playing up for ETA Thunder 2025.

Creekmore is a name that holds weight when comes to girls basketball at McCreary Central. Kennedy Creekmore was a 1,500 point career scorer that graduated this year and is now at Johnston University in Tennessee. By the looks of it her younger sister Maylee will be taking over the reins this season. She averaged 12.1 PPG and was the second-leading scorer behind Kennedy last season. Maylee has a great feel for the game. She can score from all three levels, likes to push the pace on the fast break, and is very active on the defensive end.

I got a good look at India back in June at the PGH Victory Region Finals playing for KBD. She is a high motor guard with a very athletic build. She is a slasher that constantly attacks the basket and is not afraid of contact whatsoever! I recall her making several trips to the charity stripe in that game. India led Holmes in scoring last season with 12.5 PPG. She collected 4 rebounds and averaged 4 free throws attempts per game as well. If I'm not mistaken she is now at Mason County.

Sophia is a versatile wing player with really good size and skill. She averaged 10.6 PPG, 6.4 RPG, and shot 75% with 89 attempts at the free throw line for Hancock County last season. Sophia can post up and score with her back to the basket and stretch the floor with the 3-ball. She is a gifted passer that can guard post and perimeter players on defense. She will be a great addition to an already talented roster at Owensboro Catholic.

Sa'Nya is not only a standout on the hardwood but also a high level track athlete and soccer player. She finishes well through contact inside and is a versatile defender that can guard positions 1-5. She also battles for rebounds and competes hard when she is the on the floor.
