Mingo is a "long and athletic" guard which is also the base and her first step immediately stood out as it helped enable her to get by the defender to score or dish off the dribble. She showed it in the 1 on 1 drill, and also the 5 on 5 games but she also showed she could rebound, handle the ball, and see the floor in transition. Body control was nice, so was her pull-up jumper

Collins has the right initials because she was cool under pressure and her being able to handle the ball and see the floor while being tightly defended is a big plus. Another plus is she uses her athleticism on both ends, whether defending "on the ball" or scoring off the dribble, and she understands how to control the tempo. She also dropped the jumper from outside

Nanick falls into the #sizedontmatter group I love to hashtag because she can play. I love her upside for several reasons starting with her being "heady" and when you comprehend the little things that turn out to be big, well that's a plus. She also saw the floor and made good decisions, used a deceptive first step to attack the basket, and showed the step back coupled with her jumper

Politte was yet another athletic guard who brought "IT" on both ends of the court and I knew what was coming when I saw her playing defense in the 1 on 1 drill because she just went hard, falling into that "never takes a play off" group. Her energy level stayed the same throughout the day, she attacked strongly and finished powerfully off the dribble, the crossover was nice and so was her jumper

Herring handled the ball smoothly yet her shiftiness with it, combined with the slight HEZ, is going to create some issues down the road because she does it fluidly and uses it instinctively, you'd have to be REAL EVALUATOR to get what I'm saying. She scored or dished off the dribble, body control was nice but her court vision in the set as well as transition was also solid
