The University of Delaware hosted their annual Elite Camp, and as usual they attracted a bunch of talented ballers from the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Here are a few of the players who caught my eye.

[player_tooltip player_id='785460' first='Cayenne' last='Pigeon'], St. John's Catholic, 2027, Combo Guard

Cayenne has one of the best names in the game. She is 5'8" but looks longer than that. She played on and off the ball during the day and did it seamlessly. She has good range on her shot and showed off some versatility with her passing and ball handling.

[player_tooltip player_id='847265' first='Za'hria' last='Higginbotham'], Riverdale Baptist, 2027, Combo Guard

Za'hria has transferred to Riverdale Baptist and reclassed to 2027. She was really good at the camp, playing with a lot of intensity and never taking any plays off. She's a lefty that attacks the basket aggressively and has improved her three-point shot. She strapped up on defense, showing good footwork and lateral movement. She constantly pushed the ball up court with pace and put a lot of pressure on the defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='791216' first='London' last='Elliott'], Poly, 2027, Point Guard

London made some spectacular finishes at the basket that really showed off her skill and athleticism. Her speed really jumped out as she repeatedly blew by defenders. She showed off her defensive ability by applying strong ball pressure and making people uncomfortable. She picked up an offer for her efforts on the day.

Zaelinh Nguyen-Moore, Altoona Area High, 2026, Combo Guard

Crafty, pass first guard that played with a high motor all day. She has excellent fundamentals and court vision and set her teammates up with nice passes. She showed a positive attitude and leadership throughout the drills and during the games. She also showed that she can get buckets when necessary. She has all the physical tools needed to excel at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='870735' first='Taylor' last='Timms'], Riverdale Baptist, 2025, Guard

Her middle name should be "Trouble" because that's what caused all day. She's a small guard that competes at a high level and brings it defensively on every possession. She's a nuisance at the point of attack, constantly pressuring the ball. She came up with several steals where she just took the ball from the ball handler. Very fun player to watch.

Emily Forrester, Chambersburg, 2027, Forward

Emily is the first player that I noticed when I walked in. At 6'3" she is an imposing figure, but she moves very well and has nice footwork. She's very patient and does not get sped up. She's a good shooter with a nice touch around the basket.
