I had the chance to see [player_tooltip player_id='912093' first='Avery' last='Moon'] compete during her last AAU weekend in Chicago with her EYCL team and she was someone that was constant in each contest she participated in. Moon will compete with DSM Valley High School this Winter for her Senior season and I'm sure she is going to be a big part of their action as a whole. She is someone that is better than the average prospect on the court and she is going to be able to use that ability to help her Tiger's crew this next eight months. During this Fall League, there is talent-on-talent so it'll be a good test as to where Moon lines up with everyone else. If she plays to her game of opportunity, she should be just fine.

After coming off of a 17U Adidas National Title, [player_tooltip player_id='311376' first='Savannah' last='Gage'] of Ankeny High School is looking to make a statement with her Varsity team for one more season before she has to pack up and take her talents to the D1 level at St. Thomas. Gage is going to return as a top producer once again this Winter next to [player_tooltip player_id='342205' first='Jayla' last='Williams']. As long as those two find the open teammates around them and compete with a calculated selfishness, then they are should win a lot of games in the grand scheme of things. Like I mentioned above, Gage falls into the category of already being a Division-1 commit so this next few months will be filled with her trying to become better against high-level competition throughout.

Another prospect that is going to be looked at for some MAJOR production this Winter is [player_tooltip player_id='677842' first='Tylee' last='Weite'], who will also be at DSM Valley High School with [player_tooltip player_id='912093' first='Avery' last='Moon']. Weite came onto the Varsity floor last year as a Freshman and put up some of the best numbers in the state while holding her own at the Shooting Guard position. Weite is the type of prospect that can get hot in a hurry from all over the floor at any distance and she has better than average size for her age. As long as she gets better with experience, she will continue to be a top ranking 2027 player out of her Class. Her mixture of everything she brings to the floor is noteworthy at this point and I expect to see that against some talented players over this next eight months.

[player_tooltip player_id='311389' first='Haylee' last='Stokes'] of ELC High School is going to be someone that I cannot wait to see in this League because of who she has to compete against during the regular season. A lot of evaluators don't understand that Stokes is the type of player that can light it up offensively from anywhere on the court against any competition. Doesn't matter when or where. She might not be placed against the hardest opponents throughout the Winter but during AAU season and during Showcases/Elite Camps, she has always held her own in my opinion. I can't wait for Stokes to show what she does throughout this Fall, leading into her Senior season with her Midget's team. She is a bucket as soon as she gets out of her car so it'll be interesting to see how she ends up fairing in the end.

Next month we have a Player Rankings Update for each age level in the states of Iowa and Nebraska. Someone that we will speak on a little more when that time comes is CG, [player_tooltip player_id='884847' first='Olivia' last='Baker'] of Dowling Catholic. Baker might not be someone that you hear about at the Varsity level for a few seasons because of their Varsity team's high standards and ability but I think by the time that [player_tooltip player_id='884847' first='Olivia' last='Baker'] becomes an upperclassmen, that she becomes someone that her Maroon's team can look to for some production in a few different categories. She has always shown production against prospects her own age so it's not a crazy thought to have. She will be one of the younger players in this League but that will do her well in the long run.
