2027 Class: Future Stars Ready to Shine

2-7! There are some gems amongst this class. Let me tell you, this is one class that everyone's stock is on the up and up. I mean when you have talent and then add the experience piece to it as well, you bring so much value to the table. That is what this class is all about.   Value. The word of the day. When I do research and talk with scouts and coaches alike about this class, how valuable this class is or is going to be always seems to be the theme. A lot of girls throughout the state that are 27s, will be their school's first or second scoring options. If not, you better believe they are in the mix of getting significant playing time. With that being said, this class will be  leaned on heavily in the aspect of contributing and getting the job done.   I would also say that this class is one of the most exciting ones out there. Maybe it's me being optimistic and understanding that they haven't fully grown in who they are as ball players, but this class in my opinion just brings so much excitement to the court. They can be a Batman or be a Robin, either way, they come ready to compete and play from tip-off until the final whistle. Still, everyone has matured into their final self, however, seeing their growth process and their skills come to fruition, is exciting as all get out. I know the ‘27 class will do great things and be assets to many programs across the state.   Here at PGH Tennessee, we are always on the lookout for who is next. Why? It's just what we do. We have a ton of young ladies who may not grab the headlines right away, but you better believe they can play and get the job done at a consistent rate. Check out some young ladies from Mississippi River to the Smoky Mountains and in between, who can hoop and will be valuable assets to their programs for years to come.    Motored up kid who is versatile as all get out. A selfless leader who is willing to do whatever it takes to help her ballclub win. She can pull it from multiple spots on the floor, however, if you pay close attention to her game, she is relentless on the boards. This kid is really talented and as she continues to hone her skills, expect big things from her. She's a big deal in the ‘27 class and expect more people to take notice of her game.     Dual sport athlete who is coming into her own. She's a hustler, a kid who leaves it all on the court. Solid two way player who can fill it up from the arc offensively, but will do the little things such as take charges, dive for loose balls, ect., on the defensive end. She is a selfless player who will go above and beyond in order to deliver for her team. Look for this kid to continue to grow as she takes hold of this opportunity ahead of her.     Smooth operator who gets after it on both ends of the floor. This kid is a tough competitor who is physical and doesn't back down from nobody. Dominant in the interior, she is full steam ahead, using her quickness to do work. Defensively she's heavy on the boards. Gaining rebounds by the boatload. She's a solid prospect who will continue to grow and do great things throughout her career.     Dual sport athlete who is a knockdown shooter from the arc. She is no stranger to putting the ball in the bottom of the net. Shoots it with confidence, displaying a sweet stroke from many spots on the floor. She isn't a one trick pony as she gets after it on the defensive end as well. Steals and deflections, that's her M.O. as she does whatever she can to help propel her ball club. Look for to continue to ascend and be someone to game plan for the rest of her high school career. Solid prospect that's on an upwards trajectory.     Versatile big who is dominant on the inside. She plays with a motor and can carve you up with her back to the basket or face up and get past you. She is a 3 sport athlete who uses her athleticism to her advantage. Offensively she can score it on the initial attempts, but can also create additional attempts with put backs, finishing against contact. Defensively, she gains rebounds and blocks shots. What more can you ask for in a big who can change the course of the game. Solid kid who brings her lunch pail to work each and every time. Keep your eyes on this girl as she continues to take off and dominate the competition.
