After a lengthy but needed break, we're back looking at upcoming sectionals and wrapping up D1 with Sectional Four. It may not have the big names the other three have, but it should be unpredictable and fun to follow.

Milwaukee Reagan

It seemed like the Huskies wanted to play everyone in the city of Milwaukee, and they tested themselves against the traditional powers in the conference. Over the season, Deriya Wilson was the go-to player for Reagan on the offensive end of the floor, and she'll be back for her senior season. Rising junior Shannon Maher, the Huskies' third-leading scorer, is also back for this season.

Milwaukee Riverside

After a challenging season, the Tigers return everyone who scored more than five points per game, and another year under coach Lloyd Willson should allow Riverside to improve with more familiarity with their system.

Muskego

After being as close to a state tournament as the Warriors were, I expect them to be the class of this sectional in 2024-25. [player_tooltip player_id='528116' first='Autumn' last='Dibb'] is a talented do-it-all wing who can break a game open at any point on either end of the floor. [player_tooltip player_id='528122' first='Melena' last='Glysch'] and [player_tooltip player_id='842235' first='Mallory' last='Glysch'] will be a pair that will give the Warriors productive minutes inside and out whenever they're on the floor. [player_tooltip player_id='528119' first='Rachel' last='Agg'] is a 6'0 wing who can knock down perimeter shots and use her length on the perimeter. The biggest issue will be who their lead guard will be. Losing Addy Zacher may be more crucial than people expect.

Racine Case

Taccari Hicks was one of the most productive players in the Southeast Conference and led it in scoring as a sophomore. The rotation was short, with the kids Nevaeh Watson, Isabella Baumstark, Je'Quiasha Williams, and Aleyna Davis averaging over ten points in recorded games last season.

Racine Horlick

The Rebels have one 6'0 kid with some tools by the name of Ameri Lawson. Her size and length can affect games.

St. Joan Antida/Tenor/Veritas

Lyniah James, Kaia Craig, and Madison Monroe are all back this season and get to add to their success in the Lake City Conference this season.

West Allis Central

The graduation of Breianna Dean-Lazzari will open opportunities for kids to fill the void she leaves behind. It'll be a tough road in the Woodland-West, but that's the world they're in.

West Allis Hale

The Huskies have a tough road being in the same city as Central and the same street, for that matter. Emily Eastham and Alexis Sanders are gone, which generates opportunities for new players to take prominent roles.

Westosha Central

The rising group in this sectional is the Falcons. [player_tooltip player_id='888387' first='Lana' last='Mannetter'] is the most talented player in this sectional and will be one of the top players in the Southeast Conference. The younger talent in [player_tooltip player_id='888903' first='Cardin' last='Johnson'], Lilah Longrie, and [player_tooltip player_id='875003' first='Keara' last='Griffin'] are all players who will be productive in the 2024-25 season.
