[player_tooltip player_id='1050255' first='Pearl' last='Dickson'] (2027) | 6'4 C | Berkshire

The 6'4 center can be a stock riser this year due to her skillset at the position. She already has polished scoring techniques. One of her more reliable moves is a steady jump-hook shot that falls consistently. Dickson can turn over either shoulder, but even more impressive is her defensive capabilities. The long and agile big can impact games by deterring shots at the rim. Watch out for Pearl this year at Berkshire.

Kendal Lee (2027) | 5'10 Wing | Brooks

What a great team player Kendall is. She performs a lot of the duties that lead to the group's synergy. Lee serves as an exceptional defensive rebounder and she also provides timely steals after interrupting a play. Kendall hustles for loose balls to ensure her team will get more possessions. She's a "glue" type of player that assists in winning basketball. Lee will be in a bigger role this year and she will have a chance to show off the offensive improvements she's made in the offseason.

[player_tooltip player_id='298229' first='Isys' last='Dunphy'] (2026) | 5'10 PF | Cushing

Isys has an incredibly athletic frame coupled with lustrous downhill moves that make her a bit of a mismatch at times for players at the position. The sheer athleticism is already naturally dominating. Many times, Dunphy isn't required to use her full skillset as a creator under the 3-point line. Isys will find a way to just put the ball in the hoop. She has a knack for hunting down offensive rebounds and putting them back up. She does this by fighting for position which is something that comes somewhat easy to her. She seems to shed boxouts and tracks boards straight after the bounce. On defense she's extremely versatile. She has the ability to play the big in small ball lineups or if the team calls for it, she'll guard a perimeter player. Dunphy is a x-factor type player. She can definitely push the envelope for Cushing.

Cecilia Torres (2025) | 5'10 PF/C | Cheshire Academy

Torres is a well-grounded option for a frontcourt player. The steady play she brings on a daily basis helps build the foundation for success. Cecilia is a talented volleyball player that brings those attributes over to the basketball the court. She has a springy step and possesses true explosiveness that help her get around the lack of height at the position. The team-first attitude plus the strong defensive presence makes Torres a factor this year for Cheshire.

[player_tooltip player_id='1050348' first='Rihanna' last='Loum Smith'] (2027) | 6'5 C | Concord Academy

6'5 simply cannot be taught and that's exactly what comes to mind with Loum Smith. The lengthy big is hard to miss on the floor. Quite frankly, that's the exact reason she's on this list of key players. The 6'5 transfer is making her debut this year in NEPSAC and has the potential to disrupt gameplans for opposing teams. What's most intimidating about facing a player like Rihanna is that she isn't lacking versatility offensively. She legitimately has a case for one of the prettiest looking 3-point shots at her size. If Loum Smith can stay on the floor this year, she will unquestionably be a major factor for Concord Academy.

Amber is not just a quality talent, but she's an outstanding frontcourt leader. Her teammates love to go to battle knowing she's lingering back there. Furtado fights for position early and is able to snag boards with the best of them. She makes herself available as well as a big target on the block or high post. Amber also plays solid team defense. She's regularly in the right position when guarding post threats. The senior center will be a major element for Ethel Walker this year.

An exceptionally fast guard that provides instant dynamic speed to the lineup. The footspeed Serrano possesses is utterly remarkable, especially to be able to maintain that dashing ability with the ball in her hand. Camilla is a lane penetrator that will almost certainly draw secondary help. She also loves to push the pace in transition, but she does still have the capacity to change it up a bit in the halfcourt too. Camila comes off screens well while also sporting an effective midrange shot when she's coming downhill. The 3-point shot is reliable too. She sports one of the swiftest releases and it's capped with a nice follow through. The sophomore guard can be a spark for Governor's this year. Camilla will be featured heavily throughout the season
