Every four months we update the Prep Girls Hoops prospect rankings for all four high school age groups. This week we completed the first update of the fall with a refreshed version of the Class of 2027 rankings. On Tuesday, we published our Top 10 Stock Risers. On Wednesday, we posted Meet the Newcomers, part 1, the five highest-ranked players just added to the list. Today, we offer you the six remaining fresh faces in the 2027 rankings bringing the total number of ranked sophomores in Minnesota to 100.

In case you missed it earlier, we remind you that the Prep Girls Hoops rankings are based on a player's status as a potential college basketball prospect, NOT their current performance in high school. (To learn more how we do it, please visit the How We Rank section under the rankings tab.) With that disclaimer out of the way, here are the final six of 11 additions to the Class of 2027 rankings.

#95 – Lauryn is one of the most athletic, most fearless players in the Class of 2027, a gifted prospect with plenty of quality raw material from which to build herself into a college basketball player. That process is well underway now, and Stolzenberg has made nice progress since our first viewing in the spring of 2023. That day Lauryn grabbed our attention by executing a sophisticated behind-the-back dribble while in full flight on her way to the lane. Since then her handles have improved even more as has her shooting and decision-making, and she can still hit the mid-range jump shot on a regular basis.

#96 – Paige has the kind of size that draws immediate notice when she steps onto the basketball court. We've been paying attention since the Fall Exclusive two years ago where Norman made it obvious that she has the potential to play at the next level. Paige is a committed rebounder and a solid competitor down low, the type of power forward who can take control in the paint and finish efficiently around the rim. It will be interesting to watch Norman's evolution this winter as she transitions from Duluth Marshall to Mountain Iron-Buhl, giving the Rangers some size up front that they haven't had recently.

#97 – The Woodbury guard is one of the most intriguing newcomers in the Class of 2027, a natural athlete who has size, length and high-revving motor that gives her a distinct competitive edge over the vast majority of opponents. Breckin is a raw talent who has the potential, with the right training and commitment to the game, to be molded into a strong collegian. We love her vocal leadership on the court, her aggressiveness and disruptive presence on defense. She's quick and athletic and is a relentless ball hunter. This is a player that could make her way up the rankings in the years ahead.

#98 – College coaches love length and so they should. When a player's combination of height and wingspan adds up to a bigger number than their competitors, that is a distinct mathematical advantage that can produce results. Over the past year we've seen Neiderhiser use her length to become a disruptive defender who can force turnovers, block shots, and turn defense into offense for her team. She is a quality rebounder, too, and her explosiveness is impressive. Now Elle is enhancing her ball handling and shooting, as well, and it's clear that her confidence is also on the rise. Stay tuned.

#99 – Much like Niederhiser, the 5'11 Ismail has the height and wingspan that give her an edge from the get-go. Safa has invested time and effort to develop a box of tools to match. At the Sophomore ID Camp she made an immediate impression in 3 x 3 play, showing off the development she has done and progress that has been made. Safa is versatile, with the ability to excel as a guard or small forward. Last season she contributed her fair share on varsity, but now that a half dozen seniors have graduated there should be plenty of opportunity for Ismail to shine with the Blaze. We think she's ready.

#100 – Things have been rough in Cannon Falls over the past couple of seasons with the Bombers winning just three times last year. If there's one player who can lead the program to a better place it is Tennessen, a fierce competitor who is driven to do whatever she can to help her team. That was obvious at the Sophomore ID Camp where Livia showed offer her excellent court vision and ability to push the pace. She is a skilled ball handler who uses her speed and quickness to elude defenders and finish through contact with the scorer's touch. When you combine that type of skill with relentless energy and a healthy dose of bounce you have a prospect to watch.
