Julia had an outstanding sophomore season for Anchor Bay and appears ready for an even better junior year. She has explosive offensive abilities, and a nose for the ball. Julia uses quick change-of-direction dribble moves to blow by defenders and has excellent touch around the basket. She shoots with balance off the bounce and is a continuous three-level scoring threat. Julia anticipates passes on defense to create turnovers and pushes the ball ahead to score in transition. Julia will be an All-Conference caliber prospect again and a major reason why the Tars compete for a division title in 2024.

The Patriots graduated two of three All-Conference selections from last season, but point guard [player_tooltip player_id='502300' first='DeMaya' last='Asberry'] looks ready to lead the charge in 2024. She scans the floor to find open teammates, creates separation with shifty crossovers, and works hard defensively. DeMaya drives hard downhill to score layups and knocks down perimeter jumpers. DeMaya will be an All-Conference prospect who helps Cousino contend for the White title this winter.

Aya earned All-Conference honors as a junior and will look to add an exclamation point to her career as a senior. Aya is a wing prospect to see for a contending Bulldogs team in 2024.

Katelyn has endured a couple of challenging ACL injuries that have altered her high school and travel seasons. Her determination to persevere through adversity and maintain her passion for basketball has been inspiring to follow.
