#BeYOUtiful Classic Class of 2027: Believe the Hype

It's been several times this year I've been out scouting and lookup a player, and I am surprised to see their sophomore classification. She has the capability to finish while being covered by multiple defenders. She uses a hesitation step to get in the gaps and finish at the basket. Hull is critical in breaking the press for her team. Time after time Carrasco changes speed and direction, puts her defender on her hip and attacks the defense. She has an extremely powerful presence coming downhill. Yes she can score, but she also has supreme court vision. She used peripheral vision and synergy with teammates to make no look passes. On the defensive end, she tipped the ball right out of the ball handler's possession to dive on the floor for the steal. She does a nice job of spacing the floor for her team. When she attacks the gaps in a calm, deceitful manner and finds just the right spot to pull and pop. Her length allows her to pull down boards when she goes inside. She is a guard that likes to play a facilitator role but will look for her own shot.
