[player_tooltip player_id='346820' first='Abby' last='Knauff'], one of the top Seniors in the entire State, was present in the room for the final Media Day, and she brought an impressive resume to the event. Knauff was arguably the GOAT in the room and definitely one of the most accomplished guards at the event. She came close to receiving Player of the Year as a Freshman and might be one of the leading candidates for the honor this season. Knauff is an elite player who thrives on the perimeter. She has one of the quickest releases in high school ball and her shot is always on target. Knauff is an energetic player and is always on the move on the court. She has a knack for putting the ball in the basket in any way possible. Final perspective: Knauff has accomplished a lot and there still a lot of ball to play. She has one final year to inspire and lead her team to Lakeland.

[player_tooltip player_id='900338' first='Bailey' last='Harris'], one of the most versatile players in the area was in the building. Having the chance to see Harris up close several times this past summer and fall, she really left an impression. Her versatility as a player stands out. Harris shoots the three at a very high rate and can also get to her rim. She is at her best when on the attack. She places great pressure on a defense with her quick first step and a step-back jumper. Harris has great length which allows her to shoot over bigs down low and over smaller guards on the perimeter. With the exit of several key players from last season, Harris will be in a leadership role and take on scoring responsibilities as well. She has the talent and skillset to make it happen.

The versatile [player_tooltip player_id='248553' first='Kendall' last='Kane'] was in the building, and being in the gym and not shooting threes may have been a little foreign to her. Kane is a gym rat who lives in the gym. She is a good scorer who can score in a variety of ways. She can shoot the three with the best of them. Last season, she knocked down 69 threes and connected on 42 percent of her attempts. Kane can also get in the paint and score the floater or short jumper or take it all the way to the rim. The versatile Kane can play multiple positions on the offensive and defensive ends. She is one of the older players on the team and will take on a leadership role. She is poised to have a special season and will likely achieve several personal goals and milestones.

[player_tooltip player_id='430455' first='Kimora' last='Hester'] is one of the top prospects on the First Coast. Hester is an elite athlete who has pure explosiveness. She is very good at working her way into the painted area and midrange area and scoring with the floater or short jumper. Hester also thrives in the transition game, where she uses her speed, athleticism, and physicality to gain an advantage. Hester has already committed to play at the D-1 level, and she has goals to attain. She is ready to solidify herself as one of the top Seniors in the State.

[player_tooltip player_id='514609' first='Zara' last='Griffith'] was in the building, and the intensity was raised "just a little. "Griffith has a passion for competing, and not many can match her energy. Griffith is at her best when taking the ball to the rack and scoring in the paint. She is also very effective at battling on the offensive rebound and scoring off of put-backs. Griffith is set to be a leader this season, and after she dives on a concrete floor and runs into the stands to get a loose ball, she will have no problem getting her teammates to follow her.

Blocton is the primary scorer in the paint, the primary ball handler, and the primary scorer on the perimeter. As a power forward, she is one of the top stretch-fours in the State.
