DesJarlais is definitely a "My Time" prospect for this basketball season. She played well last year behind Clare Coyle and the super athletic forward Sydney Roundtree. She was a very valuable and impactful player as a Freshman, but this year, she will assume more responsibility, and the young Forward is ready for the challenge. Over the summer, Desjarlais showed flashes and signs of her potential. She shot the ball well in the midrange area, showed her ball-handling skills as she often was used to break the press. Those skills give her and her team a huge advantage on offense. She has the ability to break a defense down which will lead to easy shots at the rim and kick out passes to her shooters. Only a Sophomore, DesJarlais, is poised to have a monster season.

Showed some versatility and definitely, the "My Time label fits. Several captains graduated and that role will be filled by Griffith and Harris. Griffith gets down hill in a hurry, but can also shoot the jumper. In the preseason, she was consistent from the outside, including knocking down a few from behind the arc. Griffith rebounds well and also so can pass the ball. Though she plays the four position, she has good ball handling skills and does assist with press breaks and initiating the offense.

Ellison has really showed some nice things this preseason and during the Fall League. She is showing flashes of being a solid player on both ends of the court. She does a good job of cutting to the rim in a timely manner, and she has really shot hands and catches any pass in her vicinity. Eliason does a good job of battling for position on the inside and rebounds well. She has displayed an ability to score in the paint uses some good footwork to free herself for the shot. She has also shown versatility on defense, defending on the perimeter and also defending the paint. She has good length and plays good help-side defense as well.

McCoy is a “My Time” prospect who is poised for a breakout season. McCoy presents a consistent defensive presence in the middle with her strength and physicality. She defends well in the paint, and battles on the boards on both sides of the ball. Down on the blocks, McCoy is a force. She is a sure bucket if she gets the ball in her left hand with space to operate. Consequently, she creates tons of scoring opportunities for her teammates on the perimeter. McCoy offensive game continues to develop.

Rosario is a “My Time” candidate for this upcoming season. She has the ability to score in the paint, especially when she catches it on the move. She is a high IQ player who knows how to move and make herself available for the pass. Rosario gets good position on the inside and has no problem battling physical players on the boards. Rosario defends well in the paint and has the versatility to defend on the perimeter with her ability to move her feet.

[player_tooltip player_id='400813' first='Asiana' last='McCreary'] is also at the “My Time” juncture of her young high school career. McCreary has all of the tools to be dominant on both ends of the floor.
She has the ability to shoot the three and that opens up the offense immensely. It allows her guards to get down hill without a big clogging the middle. It also allows MCCreary, who can put the ball down on the floor, to blow by slower defenders when on the perimeter. Defensively, McCreary has good size and good length to control the middle of the defense. The sky is the limit for McCreary. She is poised for a breakout season.
