"Last year we made some pretty big strides with the program. We ended the season with a record of 4-17, but considering the previous three seasons the program only had one win in each of those. I feel like we are slowly turning the corner on what he feels like to win and expecting to win."   PGHD: Does your program/team have any non-negotiables?   "Attitude, effort, defending."   PGHD: What will your defense "hang its hat on"?   "We play mainly man-to-man. We have a more athletic group this year, so looking at doing some full-court press/trapping."
