Outside of the top 5 of the 2027 ranking, there are plenty of players who hold at least one offer to play basketball at the next level. For this article, we will talk about 7 of the offered athletes who sit outside of the top 5.

Cover your eyes, because [player_tooltip player_id='1090347' first='Traniyah' last='Weston']'s future is incredibly bright. She comes in at #6 on the 2027 ranking, but she may very well find herself in the top 5 before long.

Weston was offered by the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff back in July, and that was before she even played a game as a sophomore. I am sure UAPB is happy with their offer now, considering Weston has been a two-way star for Conway.

Conway has the best senior depth in the state, but Weston's play has earned her a large role amongst the veteran talent. She plays very aggressively on the defensive side of the ball. She picks up the opposing ball-handler all 84-feet, and often picking their pockets when they least expect it.

Weston's offense is versatile. She can play well on the interior with her tough finishing ability. Her solid ball-handling allows her to get to multiple spots on the floor, where she can pull up for a jumpshot, which she usually cashes in on with her smooth release. Considering the offensive firepower from this Conway team, Weston does not always need the ball in her hands. She can make plays for others, but she is great at cutting without the basketball, making herself an easy target for her teammates to find underneath.

[player_tooltip player_id='1090347' first='Traniyah' last='Weston'] will continue to rake in the offers, and I highly suspect she will force her way into the top 5 of the rankings before you know it.

Pulaski Academy has one of the best guard rotations in the entire state, with seniors, juniors, and sophomores all having an impact. One of their rising stars is [player_tooltip player_id='1093280' first='Randi' last='Stewart'], who already holds two Division I offers from North Texas and Southern Mississippi.

Stewart is a dynamic scorer for the Lady Bruins. She is an automatic 3-point shooter who the defense dreads if she can set her feet, because she will absolutely make the shot. She can knock down the long-ball off the catch or off the dribble. If the defense overplays, she will not hesitate to drive and finish at the rim or with a floater.

Stewart has some length and she uses that to her advantage on the defensive end. She can poke away the opposition's handle, but she is even better at intercepting or knocking away a pass. A lot of her scoring comes from her ability to turn defense into offense in a short period of time.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093280' first='Randi' last='Stewart'] is another player who could kick down the door of the top 5 and make it her home. Keep an eye on this sophomore guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='871868' first='Kim' last='Henry'] holds offers from Lyon College and Crowley's Ridge College, but she is not even close to being finished yet. Henry is the woman in the middle for the Lady Eagles, and when she has been out with injury this year, it is clear that they miss her production.

Henry is a hardnosed player who is one of the top rebounders in the 5A classification. She plays bigger than her 5'9" stature, boxing out effectively and pulling down every board that comes her way. Henry is as dominant of a rebounder on offense as she is on defense, and she gives her team multiple second-chance offensive possessions every night.

Scoring-wise, Henry makes most of her money in the paint. She is a solid finisher who can take on contact well. She has yet to consistently expand her game outside of the paint, but as of now, that is where she is most effective.

[player_tooltip player_id='871868' first='Kim' last='Henry'] has been one of the better players in 5A since she was a freshman, and I highly suspect she will gather more offers over the course of the next 2 1/2 years.

[player_tooltip player_id='1090334' first='Lauren' last='Brewster'] received her first offer in October from Lyon College, and from what she has shown so far this season, her offer list will do nothing but grow.

Brewster has been able to find a large role on a loaded North Little Rock team thanks to her ability as an offensive sparkplug. Brewster is an excellent 3-point shooter who can hit the deep-ball off the catch, even in transition. If a driving lane is available, then Brewster is going to take it, slashing hard to the basket, welcoming contact. She can also dish to her teammates with accurate passes, even cross-court. Of course, Brewster is more than just a solid offensive player.

Brewster has shown that she can cause a lot of problems on the defensive end for the opposition. In one game in particular versus 6A West Rogers Heritage, she recorded 5 steals to go along with her 8 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists. She applies suffocating on-ball defensive pressure, forcing multiple steals a night, and will turn those newfound offensive opportunities into points.

[player_tooltip player_id='1090334' first='Lauren' last='Brewster'] is a two-way star for the Lady Charging Wildcats, and there is no way she does not add more offers by the end of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1091107' first='Ava' last='Basiliere'] holds an offer from Ouachita Baptist University, and so far in her sophomore season, she is proving to everyone why her first offer is one from a Division II institution.

One game that really displays Basiliere's impact was against Acorn High School earlier this year, where she buried 6 triples against a talented opponent. She can absolutely light it up from outside, and once she finds her stroke, go ahead and concede the game. She is lethal off the catch, but if she has a chance to go inside and finish in the paint, she will take the open opportunity. Basiliere has shown up against tough opponents, including posting 18 points against a talented Parkview team in November.

Defensively, Basiliere has had some productive nights. Recently against Cossatot River High School, she recorded 4 steals. That performance showed her two-way ability, and for this great Nashville team, that will take them far late in the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1091107' first='Ava' last='Basiliere'] has been a driving force for the Lady Scrappers this season and her potential is sky-high.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093237' first='McKenzie' last='Williams'] was one of the best freshmen in the state last season as she got the chance to play right away for Lakeside. Her 14.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 2.3 steals per game earned her two D2 offers from Harding and Ouachita Baptist. So far as a sophomore, she continues to play well, and she is definitely not going to be #18 for much longer.

So far in 2024/25, Williams is averaging 15.6 points, 5.1 rebounds (1.7 offensive rebounds), 2.1 assists, and 2.2 steals per game. Williams is a solid 3-point shooter, with 15 made triples in 9 games this season. She is an even better driver, as she slashes hard into the paint, drawing contact and finishing against tough defensive pressure.

On defense, Williams is another player who can create havoc for the other team with her on-ball pressure. Williams is quick on her feet, reacting quickly to every loose ball she sees and picking them up for an opportunity to score at the other end. If she is not causing turnovers, then she is probably still playing solid defense and staying in front of the opposition.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093237' first='McKenzie' last='Williams'] is way too underrated, but Harding and Ouachita Baptist clearly do not see her that way. Her ranking will improve, you can bet money on that.

Conway Christian's [player_tooltip player_id='1093342' first='Chezney' last='Stone'] received an offer from hometown Central Baptist College before the season began, and so far this year, she is providing evidence as to why she deserved that offer this early in her career.

Stone is an excellent offensive player who can make plays inside and out. Stone, a lefty, excels when she has a chance to drive on the left side (her strong side). She initiates contact in the lane and finishes amongst the trees. Stone can also attempt a high-arching floater if she is unable to get close enough to the rim.

From the outside, Stone can create her own offense. She is accustomed to having the defense draped all over her, so she is effective when using a separation move. In particular, Stone uses the pull-back to get the defense off of her, then she raises up and knocks down the triple. She is also a solid catch-and-shoot 3-point shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093342' first='Chezney' last='Stone'] does a great job creating her own offense, and 2A-5 Conway Christian is lucky to have her on their roster. I would imagine that Stone picks up some more offers by the time her high school career is said and done.
