Nike TOC – Clare Droesch Division Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The <strong>Nike Tournament of Champions</strong> was held <strong>December 18-21 2024</strong> at various <strong>Mesa Public Schools</strong> with <strong>Skyline</strong> being the site of the <strong>Clare Droesch Division</strong>. The division was very competitive consisting of multiple nationally ranked schools. <strong>PHH Prep Lady Fire</strong> defeated a nationally ranked IMG (FL) team en route to a runner-up finish in the division. Throughout the event, she skillfully carved up multiple defenses. She played well overall, giving her team whatever they needed from her from game to game. Despite being the focus of the opposing defenses, she was still able to navigate and get to her sweet spots. She was a mismatch for bigger players and too strong for guards. She showed off an array of moves and made some next-level passes. She got to where she wanted to on offense, showing off the quick release from deep range.
