[player_tooltip player_id='785457' first='Jada' last='Russell'], McDonogh, 2027, Guard

Jada showed a combination of toughness and skill in helping her team close out a tough North Point team. She attacked some closeouts and either scored or assisted her teammates down the stretch and came up with some big defensive possessions as well. She snagged an MVP award for her efforts.

Karrington Boyd, North Point, 2025, Wing

Karrington showed off all of her versatility in this game, and kept her team in the mix all day. She's a strong and disruptive on-ball defender and she blew up multiple plays McDonogh was trying to run. On offense she was affective, scoring off slashes to the rim and getting put back baskets. She copped an MVP award as well.

Samantha Feher, Reservoir, 2027, Forward

Day two was a really good day for Samantha. She was really good around the basket and helped her team by scoring and rebounding. She has good length and showed some skills out on the perimeter. Intriguing prospect to watch.

Ijae Dower, New Town, 2025, Guard

Quick and scrappy guard that is capable of getting hot and carrying her team. Ijae was a pest on defense and hit the floor several times pursuing loose balls. She led the Titans in scoring in their Saturday game against John Carroll.

[player_tooltip player_id='616553' first='Grace' last='Marchetti'], John Carroll, 2025, Guard

Grace had a strong Saturday performance against New Town. She was instrumental in breaking the press and made some good decisions with the ball. She made some clutch baskets down the stretch to help the Patriots pull out the win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1116134' first='Jameirah' last='Thompson'], Frederick, 2028, Combo Guard

The freshman combo guard put on quite a show down the stretch in their game against Indian Creek. She made multiple clutch baskets and showed off her explosiveness around the rim. She has been a clutch performer all season and helped the Cadets pull out a late rally and win. Very impressive season so far for the rookie.

[player_tooltip player_id='943369' first='Stephanie' last='Bunker'], Indian Creek, 2027, Guard

Stephanie led her team in scoring and helped them get out to a lead for most of the game. She showed off her ability to score from all three levels, and she also rebounded well. She took home an MVP award for her performance.
