Jordan Speiser selected to the McDonald’s All-American Game

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Standout Class of 2025 guard [player_tooltip player_id='302779' first='Jordan' last='Speiser'] of Lutheran-St. Charles has been selected to participate in the McDonald's All-American Game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The prestigious high school All-Star showcase game will be held on April 1 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. The 6'2" Speiser was selected to play for the West squad.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A four-year starter, Speiser recently surpassed the 2,000-point plateau for her career. She is currently averaging 20.5 points and 7.6 rebounds a game while shooting 44 percent from 3-point range. As a sophomore, she led the Cougars to the Class 5 state championship. Last season, she led them to a state runner-up finish.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>During the summer, Speiser played for the All Iowa Attack, where she was one of the top players in the Nike EYBL League.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Speiser joins a list of McDonald's All-Americans from Missouri that includes Napheesa Collier (Incarnate Word Academy), Sophie Cunningham (Rock Bridge), Sug Sutton (Parkway North), and Priscilla Williams (Branson).</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
