The winner contributes to their team's success in multiple statistical categories to help her team compete to their best potential. Several players were deserving of recognition, but only one can be selected for Player of the Week. Those not chosen as Player of the Week received recognition as Player of the Week Honorable Mention. Here are the girls who had a magnificent eighth week of the season and it's time to celebrate their accomplishments!

Anayya had a huge week for Henry Ford and her outstanding season has lifted the Falcons to a perfect 12-0 record. Anayya exploded for 37 points during a dominant 74-32 victory against Dakota and added 23 points in a 58-32 win against Grosse Pointe North. At this point, Anayya certainly belongs in the Miss Basketball conversation. Tuesday, Henry Ford travels to Eisenhower for a dynamite matchup.
