On both sides of the floor, Rachel's enthusiasm is really noticeable! She has very active hands-on defense that results in transition buckets down the floor, tenacious rebounding, and a reliable shooter. Runs the floor well while keeping it wide, she knows where to be at all times and knows the plays. Her defense is stellar as she has good help side defense and applies pressure to the ball. As a post player she can handle the ball like a guard and also run the floor in transition.
