Campo Verde: this team is built for playoff success

The Campo Verde Coyotes are sitting at #13 in the Arizona AIA Open Rankings and #3 in the 5A Conference Rankings. The chances are slim, but if they do crack the Top 8 in the Open Division, this is a team you do not want to see in the opening round if you are a top seed. They can legitimately go 9 deep on their roster with players that can give you quality minutes and scoring. There are very few teams that can say that. Also, this team is young. They play without pressure, and they play well together. Head Coach Maurice Scott deserves a lot of credit for pushing these players hard, yet giving them room to be themselves on the floor. They have a verbal commitment from local 8th grade superstar Jai Bogan-Jacobs to attend Campo Verde next year, so they may have a dynasty in the making.     Campo Verde Impact Players:    K'Dynce Parks can be a prolific scorer before her career is done. She can score at all 3 levels. She is a very good 3 point shooter, but she is more dangerous on the drive because she can set up her teammates. She is a very good defender and ball handler. She will be highly recruited.       MacKenzie Lewis is one of the most athletic guards in the Arizona. She can score on all 3 levels, and she can make spectacular finishes on her drives to the rim. Lewis can also pull up and knock down shots in the paint which is rare these days. She is a lock-down defender and her motor never slows down. I see her as a highly recruited player as her career moves forward.     [player_tooltip player_id='870683' first='Anna' last='Manning'] is a pure shooter that is incredibly efficient for a Freshman. She has excellent technique and rhythm on her shot, and she is deadly from 3. She has the ability to score inside, and hit mid range shots. She can rebound well and can defend multiple positions. She is a superstar in the making.     [player_tooltip player_id='674278' first='Bailey' last='Barnes'] is a nice combo guard that is very poised under pressure. She has a very high basketball IQ and can play multiple positions both on offense and defense. She can score on all 3 levels, and she is a very unselfish player. I see her as a point guard on the next level, but can play multiple positions for Campo Verde.     [player_tooltip player_id='975936' first='Kelsey' last='Watts'] is tough player that is a tenacious defender. She is the leader of her team in my opinion, and she sets the tone for her team both offensively and defensively. She is another player on this team that is deadly from the 3 point line. She is a physical player that can guard multiple positions and is a very good rebounder. She will play on the next level.
