Class “Three” A: The Forty Percent Club

Six times she had at least 4 threes and had at least three games with 5 or more. She is an X Factor as well. A flurry of threes in the final four is something she js more than capable of doing. Busser shot the three ball at a 42 percent accuracy rate. The guard has always been a shooter and she will be poised to let it fly on the big stage. Martin has really good speed and often gets out of head of the opponent in transition. She is not shy about pulling up for the three. She can also push the rock up the floor herself and pull-up for the jumper. Riley has 43 threes to date and shoots it at 41 percent. She is one of the best catch and shoot three point shooters in the house, and one of the most efficient. Knauff can also get the shot off lightning fast. Usually she is already into her shooting motion and feet are set before the pass even arrives. Knauff made 46 percent of her threes and comes into Lakeland with 61 of them. She offsets the three ball with her athleticism and ability to score inside. She could be a problem in Lakeland. When the possession quickly changes and the ball is sent her way, she is the best at knocking the shot down. Norman is a quiet sniper on the court and after watching her play for three years in high school, she possesses two things to be wary of - a killer instinct and a clutch gene. She has an incredible three point stat line - 80 threes at 45 percent efficiency. The Sophomore has made 43 percent of her three point attempts and knocked down 68 threes for the season. The first time seeing her play she made this impression: Runs the point well, attacks on the break, can handle the ball against pressure, she is a playmaker who can really pass the ball, and finally- a really good three point shooter with nice form. Doty has all the characteristics of a dangerous player and could be the X factor in this tournament.
