There is no player in this class that has shown more growth in the last year than Reganne. Outside of leading her program to their first state appearance, she has expanded her game in a multitude of ways. The confidence is clearly there now, and her ability to get her shot off in the midrange without needing to do too much was a major leap in her skill set as well. She is one of those players who could possibly have an even better career at the next level.

Rager plays the game with a smooth and patient type of movement. Never rushed, never nervous… just confident in the work that's obviously being put in. Translating her skill set to the next level won't really be an issue. If off the ball is where her role lands, her adjustment will be quick. Major upside.

London making the jump to Kenwood and an instant deeper run in the postseason is no coincidence. The energy, relentlessness, and motor she plays with are contagious… and there's nothing a coach loves more than a player who plays with fire and backs it up. On both sides of the ball, she makes plays. There is no off button with Walker-George.

There's nothing like having a great season in the final year of your contract… and what Coco displayed in her final two games as a senior should have the same effect. Urlacher's best qualities can't be taught, and they don't come around often. Durable, aggressive, adaptable, and silent. Her approach to the game is hard hat-like, and she does it quietly, which stamps “coachable” to me.

UIC has had some strong 4/5s over the past couple of seasons, and they could be welcoming in another one. Powers has shown growth in her game this past season, and it's clear how impactful that was, as she led her Alton program downstate. She could be a big piece for UIC's future.
