Norman was part of the big three that led her team down to state this past month. On the low block, she has shown true improvement, and what she's done on the boards this year needs another conversation as well. She could be a true piece for Drury.

Austin made her way into the top 10 quickly, and while the amount of offers she received held weight, it was how quickly she developed her game that stood out the most. Her decision to stay close to home should provide her the opportunity to develop at an even higher rate. She's impactful on both sides of the floor, and being a true 6'3/6'4, she should be able to translate quickly.

This kid has been the topic of conversation over the past year. The athleticism and the “hard hat” approach to the game show nothing but “coachable.” She's able to get it going from various spots and angles on the floor, and she does it without needing the ball in her hand on every possession. Strong upside.

I've been a strong supporter of Pape over the past couple of years, and her decision to head to Cornell had a ton of Bear fans excited for the next four years. She is a kid that can make an immediate impact in her first year because of how versatile she is. She seems to be a head-down and just-work type of player, which usually turns out well from a development standpoint.

Roxy has been consistent in her approach to the game in every matchup I've witnessed, and when she gets to Arizona next fall, I don't see that changing. She is a workhorse of a player who can excel in a major amount of programs because of her versatility and athleticism. The adjustment for her won't be slow, in my opinion, due to her being college-built. Arizona utilizes versatile players really well, and I see her contributing very soon for that program.
