In the 1A State Championship game, [player_tooltip player_id='1222734' first='Madison' last='Rogers'] was a pesky defender getting her hands in the way deflecting passes and blocking shots, especially after she hustled down the court stopping fast breaks. She got lost by her defender on the box out cutting inside to score off the offensive rebound. She ran the floor well being able to get the pass and hit the fast break points.

In the same game, Daisee Fourkiller-Raby was playing tough on ball defense stripping it away from her opponents and taking it the other direction. Hands in her face didn't slow her down as she made sure to finish at the rim. She was patient letting plays develop and running it through to hit the right person for the bucket. She did a nice job attacking the gaps and finding the open teammate underneath the basket. She was always looking for her teammates to hit them with the perfect pass.

In the 2A State Championship, [player_tooltip player_id='1222747' first='Natalie' last='Lopez'] showed off her range shooting the ball on multiple occasions, and she was using her hands to get in the way on defense. She was definitely on fire shooting the ball hitting three throughout the game right off the pass helping her team close out the game with a victory.

In the same game, [player_tooltip player_id='1222742' first='Meredith' last='Tomko'] had some range with her shot not being bothered by opponents closing out on her. She was using ball fakes well to get the pass to her teammates. She knew when to push the ball up the court or slow it down setting up an offensive play.
