With teams gearing up for the last push to win the state title, here is my round of 12 preview for the 1A.

1A Class:

Byes: (1) Lynden Christian, (2) Bellevue Christian, (4) Kings, (6) Seton Catholic

#3 Zillah vs #11 Wapato -- winner plays (4) Kings

Zillah is an extremely young squad, only having 2 upperclassman on the entire roster. [player_tooltip player_id='751223' first='Makenna' last='Klitzke'] is a key sophomore player who makes big plays on both ends but is relied on quite a bit on the offensive side, though they do have others who could step up and help the team win the game. Wapato's [player_tooltip player_id='659456' first='Trinity' last='Wheeler'] is someone to keep an eye on for Wapato. She has been able to carve through defenses and get buckets inside the arc.

#7 Cashmere vs #10 Montesano -- winner plays (1) Lynden Christian

Cashmere is a senior heavy team with Ellie Bessonette leading the way for the team. She is a smooth 3 level scorer who has been able to get her teammates involved too. Adysen Bjorklund and Addie Talley are some other names to keep an eye on for Cashmere. Ava Schrader, a post for Montesano has been playing efficient and under control for the team.

#5 Annie Wright vs #13 Lakeside -- winner plays (6) Seton Catholic

Annie Wright has played at a consistent level all season long with [player_tooltip player_id='999624' first='J'Lyn' last='Doodigian'] leading the charge and stepping up for the team when they need. The other teams senior, Avah Snodgrass has been playing solid at both ends of the court. Lakeside is led by a young team, behind seniors Brooklyn Stueckle and Macy Cummings.

#8 Naches Valley vs #9 Nooksack Valley --winner plays (2) Bellevue Christian

Naches Valley has 2 phenomenal seniors, [player_tooltip player_id='766477' first='Ellie' last='Bost'] and [player_tooltip player_id='588440' first='Maddy' last='Jewitt']. Both of which can drop 15-20 points nightly and defend at a high level at multiple positions. They could carry Naches Valley deep. Nooksack Valley is led by [player_tooltip player_id='1138311' first='Grace' last='De Hoog'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1126665' first='Kate' last='Shintaffer'], both players who have stepped up for the Pioneers after losing key players. They could surprise people and make a run.
