<p>Trying something new this year following all the freshman content. It's time to decide PGH New England's POY for the class of '28. The underclassmen are getting some recognition here for their impressive showings throughout the season, but especially for how seamless transitioning into high school play seemed. Some of these girls played well above their class; these are considered the season's top freshmen. There're a bunch of players that've made waves across the region, so it was difficult narrowing down the field, but it's imperative to making this determination. This is a curated list of elected girls that've represented another level of significance as well as being extremely productive through the '24-'25 high school season. It really doesn't get much better than this selected group. Below are a handful of 2028 girls that'll be up for nomination. What better way than some interaction with the community to come to the final conclusion? Make sure to vote here and follow up after the weekend to see the winner. 2 votes are available per person plus the ability to insert a personal preference at the bottom.
