2028 Rankings Debut: Rounding Out the Top 20

The 2028 Player Rankings have finally made their debut after a full season of high school hoops under these Freshman's belts. The travel ball season will be key as all of these players will be playing in those top 3 age groups (15U, 16U, 17U) where college coaches, media, etc. spend their time. Here are the number 16 through 20 ranked prospects in the 2028 class…for now:    Londyn is easily one of the best athletes in this 2028 class. She's a lock-down defender with nice length and uses her speed to bother her opponents all game long. Offensively, she has tight handles and her shot improvement has made her an easy pick for a Top 20 player in her age group. There are some good upperclassmen on her high school team that will show her the ropes and make sure she stays in this conversation of top 2028's in the entire state.     Sakura had her coming out party at Lakeland in the state tournament this year and made her name known in a big way. She has a solid frame and good length for her position that will be showcased with HER Elite on the EYCL circuit. Her ability to shoot it and contribute in a variety of ways makes her one of the best in this class with that versatility. For Southridge this season, she averaged 11.8 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 4.2 spg, and 2.6 apg. She's active on defense, crashes the boards, and is definitely one of the top shooters in the 2028 class in the Sunshine State.     Catalina is a South Florida guard that plays with a lot of swagger and is one of the best passers in this 2028 class. Her high school team had some great senior leadership, and she contributed 7.6 ppg, 5.9 rpg, 4.9 apg, and 2.8 spg. She has tight handles, can get to the bucket, and has the ability to create her own shot and knock down the deep ball. Her court vision and unselfish play sets her apart and helps slot her into this Top 20 list.     Delissa has cracked our Top 20 as the highest ranked '28 from Polk County. She is a speedy guard that does a little bit of everything. Her stat line this season was 10.6 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 4.5 spg, and 3.1 apg against some solid competition. She's able to score it from all three levels with a nice stroke and that speed to get to the rim and use her athleticism to finish. Her high motor makes her a threat on both ends as she never stops and is everywhere on the court. On defense, she uses all of those attributes to get in passing lanes and turn those steals into easy transition points.     Sofia rounds out the Top 20 players in the class of 2028 as a lengthy wing with a high basketball IQ. She is a high motor kid that slashes and rebounds with high energy and can score it from all over. Her stroke from deep but also her ability to post up smaller defenders makes her one of the most versatile hoopers in this class. Sofia is coachable, hard working, and seems to have a strong desire to reach her potential. With Palmer Trinity this school year, she averaged 9.3 ppg and 8.3 rpg due to a really strong second half of the season coming into her own.
