This 2029 class looks like it could be as deep and talented as the 2025 class was. With summer basketball fast approaching and AAU currently going on, some of the rising Freshmen across Kentucky are starting to make their names known already. Here's a loot at some 2029s who are already impressing with their long term potential.

An elite prospect already, McClain has arguably more potential than any Kentucky player in recent memory. At 6'5, Jayden has already earned a ton of D1 offers before she even enters high school. If she remains at Ryle and doesn't go back to Ohio, I'd be willing to bet [player_tooltip player_id='1060383' first='Jayden' last='McClain'] is in the mix for top 5-10 in America in the 2029 class.

Charlotte is a certified bucket getter. As an 8th grader, McCurry averaged 22 points per game and proved she can get her offense going even when the opposing team is focused on stopping her. She lives at the free throw line, averaging just under 6 made free throws per game. It's very early but Charlotte looks like she should score over 3,000 points in her career.

Kennedy is an elite shooter who averaged 19 points and 8 rebounds per game this past season and is already flirting with the prestigious 50/40/90 club. She shot 48/42/82 as an 8th grader for the 5th region champions this past season. Moving forward, Kennedy should be considered among the stop shooters in the state, regardless of class.

Tamia is a talented scorer who can got hot in a hurry and knows how to get herself free for clean looks on offense. She was a vital part of this season's run to Rupp Arena for the Lady Broncos and is going to score a ton of points in her high school career.

Simmon is a rarity in the sense that she's playing for a home schooled team but is amongst the top 2029s in Kentucky. Not a knock on home school teams but we in Kentucky have not seen a ton of good home school teams over the years. Hannah is a big time scorer and is playing on one of the top AAU programs in America with the West Virginia Thunder on UAA.
