[player_tooltip player_id='946977' first='Valentina' last='Resto'] (2028) | Guard | MA Huskies

Valentina knocked down some shots from range and led her teammates to some baskets with detailed passes. Her confident shooting took the Huskies out of an early slump. Resto's overall positive outlook allowed the team to remain optimistic through the tough stretches. Not only that, but Valentina was one of the more willing defenders that wasn't afraid to engage ballhandlers way out. The tirelessness shown even when down was such a positive characteristic to see.

[player_tooltip player_id='1073903' first='Masha' last='Solovian'] (2026) | 6'4 Forward | RI Breakers

While other '26 players were outside the region, Masha was dominating the local scene by taking home POTG honors at the Rumble for the Ring. Her impressive 2-way play came in handy today. The sheer length Solovian possesses makes her someone to focus on. She was affecting shots at the rim and all over the glass, especially on the weakside. On offense she was a big target that also showed she has some range shooting the ball. Masha was outright imposing in today's game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1005130' first='Tessah' last='Rodrigues'] (2028) | 5'6 Guard | NE Storm

Tessah looked marvelous while having primary ballhandling responsibilities. She controlled the pace of the game well and was even more impressive coming off screens. Rodrigues also showed the ability to get downhill to make plays for others. Her vision was showcased by being able to evenly distribute the ball around the court with precise passes that lead to winning plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='1005124' first='Anjolie' last='Abelard'] (2028) | 5'6 Guard | MCW Starz

The downright display of passion, will-to-win and charisma of Abelard is what stood out right away. Her team went 5-0 on the weekend and some of those wins came off the back of the squad's hard work. Anjolie helped lead the way in the effort department today. There wasn't a play she took off. Abelard was incredibly active on both sides of the ball, finding a way to leave her imprint on the game. It was clear she'll do whatever it takes to get the win. She's currently the #8 ranked player at her position, but she could very well be moving up the board with the resplendent body of work she's been able to produce lately.

[player_tooltip player_id='975866' first='Kiera' last='Paradis'] (2028) | 5'5 PG | MCW Starz

Kiera affected the game in so many ways. She's a 3-level scorer that has a remarkably high celling considering how she's already able to generate points as well as provide stellar defense. Paradis was able to hit some exceptional shots getting to her sweet spots off the dribble and when she drove to the basket, she was able to get to the line consistently. Players guarding her had a tough time keeping her out of her rhythm. The playmaking point guard also attracted more defensive attention as the game went, so Kiera was also able to find her teammates with nice touch passes. Not only impressive on offense though, but Paradis was also bothering ballhandlers with pestilent behavior the whole game. She loves to make plays on the ball to get her team out in transition. This '28 star's performance was important to emphasize today.
