Top 25 Newcomers in the 2027 Rankings Update

We also aim to give explanation on why players rankings go up due to their college projections based on various factors. She helped lead her team to another Lakeland appearance behind 18.5 ppg, 5 apg, 4 rpg, and 2.4 spg. VV can knock it down from distance or get to the rim and finish with some jelly. Her court vision and intensity on both ends is what really helps her stand out. She averaged 22.1 ppg, 5.9 apg, 4.8 rpg, and 4.6 spg for Schoolhouse Prep. Her experience playing 17U with her home country of Panama in FIBA play clearly shows in her poised approach to the game as well. She controls the pace and pushes the ball under control in transition. Lya can also hit the deep ball with confidence off the dribble. She has 17U FIBA playing experience with Mexico and has performed well on that stage. Her ability to see the floor, distribute, but also score it is pretty elite. Her size, strength, and sheer force on the interior makes her a high level prospect. She's a length wing that can finish at the rim and use that size and strength to score on anyone. She's currently at the Academy of Central Florida and has turned some heads in the states already. The lefty uses a long stride and agility to get to the rim, and she can also knock down the three-ball at a high clip. She hails from Belarus and has some impressive experience playing internationally. Her length is great for her size &amp; she has the ball on a string, especially against pressure defense.
