The May Live Period has concluded, and there are some names I'd like to suggest keeping tabs on for the rest of summer. Wisconsin has plenty of impact players available in each high school class from the 2026 group to the 2028s. Today, we'll highlight a few who could draw interest before the grassroots season ends in July.

[player_tooltip player_id='766630' first='Ava' last='Koch']

The Omro guard has played well since recovering from her knee injuries. She's a versatile guard/wing who can score at all three levels but excels in the mid-range area. Koch is a solid creator with the ball in her hands and can attack spots on the floor where she excels. Now that she has an entire AAU season, she'll be an intriguing prospect to follow.

[player_tooltip player_id='896930' first='Destiny' last='Webster']

The Notre Dame guard had a breakout season last year with the Tritons. Webster helped the Tritons play winning basketball after their group of 2024 graduates moved on to the next level. The Triton did all the small things right and made plays when her team needed them. Webster can knock down perimeter shots, initiate offense, and defend. She's a late riser in the 2026 class but could help a small school at the next level win games early in her career at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='842247' first='Madi' last='Thomson']

The Lena guard/wing has been a solid small-school point guard for the Wildcats and helped them reach a state championship game in her sophomore season. However, at the next level, Thomson's value comes from how much of a mismatch she is. For instance, if she lands in the WIAC, Thomson can attack post defenders off the dribble and use her size to exploit guards who may defend her around the basket. The Lena native is a kid I'd like to see at the next level, and see how coaches use her at that level.

[player_tooltip player_id='874380' first='Olivia' last='Williams']

The Bay Port native is someone I've enjoyed watching this spring. Williams playing next to elite talent has helped unlock some of her strengths. She's always been a kid who can get to the basket, and with the talent around her, she can attack one-on-one and make plays going downhill. I've also thought her spot-shooting has been solid with the [program_tooltip program_id='712778' first='Purple' last='Aces'] and was something she's improved on over the last few years. She will punish defenses for allowing her space to get shots off when they crash on her teammates around the basket.
