FBC Oregon Flight 6-foot-1 power forward [player_tooltip player_id='1264962' first='Aubrey' last='Pentecost'] is an athletic 14U player who dominated in the paint in the 16U bracket at the NW Hoop Summit. Pentecost finishes strong at the rim through contact. She knocked down the baseline pull-up middy and the catch-and-shoot three. The 8th-grader contests shots inside and can make the big block. She secures rebounds on both ends, runs the floor, and has great vision and passing. Pentecost and sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='832046' first='Love' last='Forde'] (c/o 2027) could be an exciting frontcourt duo at Nelson for the next two high school seasons.

FBC Oregon Flight 5-foot-11 forward [player_tooltip player_id='1264974' first='Kylie' last='Clark'] is a tough 14U player who had a big presence inside in the 16U bracket at the NW Hoop Summit. Clark is a strong rebounder on both ends, boxing out and securing rebounds on defense, and crashing the boards for athletic putbacks on offense. The 8th-grader plays with her head up and can make the swift full-court pass for the assist. She runs the floor and finishes strong in transition. Tualatin is graduating forward [player_tooltip player_id='833385' first='Jordyn' last='Smith'], but Clark could step in alongside junior [player_tooltip player_id='502344' first='Alex' last='Padilla'] (c/o 2026) for a powerful frontcourt duo for the defending state champions in the winter.

Stephens Lady Elite guard [player_tooltip player_id='1264976' first='Rayna' last='Butler'] is a tenacious hustler and tough defender who plays with a smart physicality and can get to the rim. Butler creates offense out of her relentless defense. The 8th-grader is quick and consistently wins 50/50s. She ties up the ball handler to force the jump and dives to the floor for the loose ball. She uses a strong boxout to draw the foul after securing the defensive rebound. She made a huge transition 2v1 defensive stop. Butler takes care of the ball, pushes the pace, and attacks the lane. She absorbs the contact as she finishes at the rim in transition. She can get downhill in the halfcourt set with crafty footwork and finish the contested layup. Butler should fit right in with a gritty and hard-working Springfield squad in the winter.

FBC Valley Tropics 5-foot-9 forward/guard [player_tooltip player_id='1264980' first='Harper' last='Pepperling'] is a 14U who played tough and balanced minutes in the 17U bracket. Pepperling wasn't afraid of contact inside and drew fouls on strong takes to the rim. The 8th-grader was quick to close out on defense and block the shot on the perimeter. She can hit the catch-and-shoot wing three. Pepperling will join her sister [player_tooltip player_id='832069' first='Hazel' last='Pepperling'] (c/o 2027) at Lebanon in the fall.
