Here are several players from the 2027 class who stood out at the Baden Summer Showcase on June 14-15. This group comprises a diverse range of ranked players and new names who are preparing for their junior seasons this winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='751201' first='Addy' last='Jack'] | 5'10 | SF | Seattle Prep

Coming into the showcase, we knew Jack could stretch the floor from 3-point range, but she did a lot more to create shots over the weekend. She looked stronger with the ball and had some more confidence in her dribble. She worked to the interior off the bounce with more regularity and still brought some solid shooting from outside.

[player_tooltip player_id='827947' first='Cheyenne' last='Hull'] | 6'0 | CG | Davis

I didn't get to see much of the defending 4A champs, but it doesn't take much time to see what Hull brings to the floor. In the moments I did get to see, she provided tough finishing at the rim, drawing fouls, using her body to create separation, and employing some quick, compact moves in the paint to get around defenders.

[player_tooltip player_id='928114' first='Isa' last='Garcia'] | 5'8 | PG | Davis

One of my favorite players to watch, Garcia is a player who is locked in from the opening horn to the final buzzer. A legit hustler who chased down long boards, had her hands all over the ball defensively, and was willing to get on the floor for loose balls. Has awesome touch shooting the rock from each level and did some nice, quick playmaking off of change of possessions.

[player_tooltip player_id='688516' first='Natalie' last='West'] | 6'1 | SF | Redmond

Has some real unique ability with her size and perimeter shooting. Her size was evident on the glass on both ends, and in finishing inside with some strength and touch from different angles at the rim. She can play out of a variety of spots and was yet again a versatile threat for the Mustangs.

[player_tooltip player_id='928156' first='Audrey' last='Richardson'] | 5'7 | PG | Roosevelt

Was really impressed with her ball control and ability to initiate the offense while keeping her eyes on gaps opening up. Played unselfish hoop and looked to get the ball moving, but was ready to get downhill and to the rim. Picked her spots really well and showed some ability to work her defender off the bounce and get some separation.

[player_tooltip player_id='928161' first='Keleesa' last='Howard'] | 5'7 | PG | Auburn

Very creative and smooth finisher and playmaker who can carve up defenses to the rim. Showed off great footwork navigating multiple levels of defenders in the halfcourt and on the break, and was ready to shoot off the catch behind the arc, where she knocked in several threes.

[player_tooltip player_id='1051373' first='Kamryn' last='Huttenlocker'] | 5'9 | SG | Auburn

Right away she identified herself as a legit threat from behind the arc. Did a great job coming off of screens for catch and shoot looks, and was set and ready to launch off kickouts and skips. Clearly has the confidence of her squad to knock down perimeter shots, as they ran elevator plays for her multiple times.

Morgan Richardson | 5'9 | SF | Auburn

Did a lot of little things well that kept Auburn in a flow and helped them win extra possessions. Hustled for loose balls, worked hard on the glass, and ran the floor to get ahead in transition. Also made some good reads off her drives to feel the extra defender and find her teammates where the help left an opening.

[player_tooltip player_id='1051374' first='Tyanna' last='Sims'] | 5'4 | PG | Tahoma

A very quick guard who can rock defenders to sleep with her crossover and showed some great burst to change speeds, get free along the perimeter, and get downhill. Had some good footwork and pickups to split the defense on her way down the lane.

[player_tooltip player_id='974143' first='Celine' last='Wright'] | 6'0 | PF | Archbishop Murphy

Didn't get a ton of shots off in the game I saw, but made a huge impact on the glass. She is a strong post who rips rebounds down, holds her position well, and also made some good passes both in the halfcourt and getting outlets out quickly.

[player_tooltip player_id='688518' first='Ashley' last='Fletcher'] | 5'8 | CG | Archbishop Murphy

Very solid guard who helped provide another playmaker and downhill threat that opened up some lanes for teammates. Did well to keep her dribble alive and circle back out when shots didn't materialize off her drives. She showed some real toughness late in their game against Lake Washington, battling for a huge offensive board and then drawing an and-one. Just competed on both ends and had some good defensive plays when they were pressing.

[player_tooltip player_id='676261' first='Athena' last='LaBow'] | 5'7 | SG | Bellevue

LaBow provided some key outside shooting for Bellevue over the course of the event. They have a ton of slashing guards with pace, and the ability to kick it out to a reliable shooter like LaBow was a nice luxury. She also helped space the floor and open up some room in the middle with her movement outside.

[player_tooltip player_id='1259625' first='Trinity' last='Palmer-Wilson'] | 5'10 | SF | Bellevue

She is a tough guard/wing who did some great work for tough buckets inside, and added in some rebounding on both ends. Used her pivots well, whether it was getting to the paint and pivoting around defenders, or getting offensive boards and slipping around defenders to put the ball back up. Also showed great hustle to get on the floor and dive for loose balls around a lot of bodies.

[player_tooltip player_id='751233' first='Taylor' last='Tsuchikawa'] | 5'0 | PG | Issaquah

Smaller guard who made a solid impact defensively by staying active on the ball, getting up in passing lanes to deflect some passes and force passes out off the arc. Hit a few midrange shots with some consistency and spurred some nice drive and kick action.

[player_tooltip player_id='1232929' first='Willow' last='Bonnici'] | 5'11 | SF | Gig Harbor

Had several nice moves from the blocks and finished with touch through contact. Great at flashing to the ball, making those quick seals in the middle, and showed she can make some tough catches and quickly get back on balance, locate the rim, and get to good pockets inside. Moves really well around the paint and had good activity.

Britain Brooks | 5'5 | CG | Kennedy

Solid shooter both off the catch and creating off the bounce. Did a great job getting downhill with some pace, making great cuts to the rim, and really tried to get the ball going to the rim off the bounce or with cuts. Showed some great ability to decelerate and quickly rise up for pull-up shots.

Samantha Brooke | 5'5 | PG | Bothell

Made some heady plays, finding slips before doubles could come, attacking closeouts, and making quick decisions with the ball. Also showed off some touch from 3-point range to help space the floor for some of their other players to get paint touches and work inside-out.
