She grabbed rebounds fiercely with strong hands and chased the ball all over the court. Addison had a relentless motor, walled up to force misses without fouling, and communicated actively on defense. Gracyn blocked a shot on defense, chased down rebounds, and drove by defenders to score a soft floater after making a quick transfer. She corralled a defensive rebound, turned on the jets in transition, and used an effective high-pick-up to finish the contested layup. She showed exactly why during a huge game on Monday. Emersen is electric with the ball in her hands. She makes defenders dizzy by changing directions and speeds. Her sudden crossovers, jab steps, behind-the-back dribbles, between-the-legs, and hesitations are fun to watch. Emersen took a steal the other way with pace, landed with a jump stop-fake, let the defender fly by, then finished her layup. She chased down offensive rebounds, dropped in floaters, and drained multiple three-pointers off the catch and the bounce. Jailyn made an excellent wrap-around dump-off pass to an open teammate and drove through contact again to score a contested layup. Jailyn created space with a crossover dribble and dropped in a floater off the glass. Julia is a bullet guard who drives with a full head of steam and will power through defenders on her way to the rim.
