Johnson has cemented herself as the number 2029 prospect before the season started, and when you watch film or watch live.. You clearly understand why. She's purely gifted. Going into the high school season, she'll be suiting up for a program that isn't new to having high level dominant players on their roster, which leads me to believe she'll be able to develop at a quicker rate than most. This Carmel team does have talented pieces up and down the roster, so a strong season individually and as a unit wouldn't be out of the picture.

Gage is already looking like a player that will get serious minutes if not be a starter when the official season kicks off. She has sharp fundamentals with the athleticism and versatility to go with it. I'm sure there will be plays that will have her operating with the ball, but if she's in a role where she's off the ball, I still don't doubt that her presence will secure a ton of wins throughout the season.

It's already been stamped that Benson is the starting guard for BCP this season, which means she's already won the trust of her coaches, which now just allows her to play and figure it out as she goes. She has a solid mix of fundamentals now, but as she gets older and different competition is thrown at her, I'm sure she'll be able to adjust on the fly and develop at a quicker rate.

Lyons might be one of the best snipers in this class, and that could be on display all season. She does show glimpses of being able to play with the ball just as well as she does off the ball, and if she's able to gain immediate trust on the varsity roster, she could be putting up big numbers on most nights throughout the season.

Herron is going to have some big output games this year. She has a wide range of tools, and her fundamentals are sharp enough at this stage to hold her own against some older competition. She's versatile as well, which usually leads to players developing quicker simply because they don't have to lean on one thing to be effective. A for sure freshman to watch this season,
