About Riley
Expert Analysis
Evan Bell | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Riley was dialed in from beyond the arc for Pink Elite National E40 15U at the Great Lakes Kickoff on Saturday. She caught the ball, balanced and ready to shoot, then buried two confident triples in the corner. Riley maintained inside positioning on a drive, walled up, and forced a miss without fouling. She reached in quickly to cause a jump ball on another drive, threw a skip pass on the money for an assist, secured rebounds, and deflected passes on the defensive end. Riley switches hands comfortably under pressure and keeps her eyes up in transition.

Riley definitely stands out on film. She motors down the lane with long strides and finishes effectively using either hand. Riley has deep range and a smooth shooting stroke off the hop or the dribble. Her advanced fundamentals and length will make her a difficult matchup for opposing guards. She’s a prospect to watch for Pink Elite 15U National E40 at the Great Lakes Kickoff.

From the outside, there’s not a shot that Herron is afraid to take.. and you usually can count on it when she does. She has a solid frame as a freshman, and honestly, may not be done growing. She’s a top 30 prospect in this class, and i i only see that going up as the years go by. Strong potential.

Long, athletic and can shoot the rock! She has a good wingspan and can defend both inside and out. Can play the game at a higher level, with good hands and on the defensive end of the court, is able to protect the passing lanes. Bright future for her with continued work.
